Wanna see some DEER Our Clean and Peaceful Guesthouse!

The VRBO is neat, clean, close to a lot of great spots. There is a washer and dryer which we used. Kitchen has coffee, tea. Hot cocoa and all the dishes and utensils needed. The host was very cordial. It was nice to walk in and see there were towels, Kleenex, Toilet paper, coffee filters, and soaps both bar and foam. I’m bookmarking this spot for future visits. Plus the deer!!! We even saw a mama deer nursing her fawn. A great bakery and shops just a few miles away.

We had a good experience which made our vacation much more enjoyable.The atmosphere of the rental was bright with a lot of space which met our needs. It was also very clean and we really liked the furnishings. Our host was friendly, responsive and helpful with information travel in San Antonio.Our favorite part of the stay was meeting our greeter Paco (the family cat) every time we returned to the house.We'll be staying there again the next time we visit San Antonio!

This property was as advertised! Clean, well appointed details like remote controlled ceiling fans for the rooms. Well supplied kitchen for cooking and having a sit down meal. DVD player for us “old school” movie buffs. We experienced warm and cool weather. The indoor temperature was easily adjusted for comfort. Room darkening curtains in the bedrooms. Host was easy to communicate with. Plenty of privacy and quiet.

Lester was a superb host. The property was beautiful, quiet, and very conveniently located to town, restaurants - everything we needed. The neighborhood was perfect for our daily walks. The apartment itself was spotless, spacious, filled with natural light, and felt like an open-floor retreat. With a ten-day stay, we cooked daily and truly appreciated the well-stocked kitchen. We highly recommend this booking.

The host, Lester, was wonderful-very responsive and friendly. The place was clean and comfortable and in a pretty quiet neighborhood. Washer/dryer available although we did not use them. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby and a couple of caves to tour. Also near enough to drive to other towns within 30 minutes. Would definitely rent this place again. Highly recommend!

Weve stayed here 3 or 4 times now and as always it was fantastic. Clean, well appointed, and just what we wanted. Perfect spot to visit all the nearby hill country spots.

Clean welcoming second floor spacious apartment. Updated amenities. Appreciate the welcome gifts. Stylish baths. Lester was quick response to emails, questions we had. Close to Main Street Boerne. Couch was a little worn. Excellent stay. This was our second stay at this location. We would stay again.

This property is exactly as described. 2 bedroom, 2 full baths. There is a set of stairs, so - a no-go for handicapped accessibility - but the listing makes this very clear. Having a washer and dryer is a must for travelling these days with limited luggage. The accommodations were sparkling clean and we weren't lacking any amenities. Although having a pizza cutter and some ice trays for the freezer would be nice. The neighborhood is quiet and close to town. We only saw the owner/family twice but they were very friendly. The family cat is very friendly. If we ever travel to Boerne again, we would book this accommodation again. it suited our purposes wonderfully!

We were very pleased with the property and the location was very nice as it relates to access to downtown and family.

One of the top properties we have stayed at for sure! It's extremely clean and well-thought out. The host was very responsive when we had questions. I literally have no complaints. I would absolutely stay here again!

Excellent overall

The above garage apartment was very welcoming. Very clean. Modernized and well kept. The owner did supply everything we needed, coffee, shampoos, soaps. Everything was there. Had brochures on things to do in the area. They answered every text I sent quickly.

My sister and I went for a girls getaway, and it was perfect! The place is clean, comfy, and close to Main St where there are lots of shops and restaurants to visit! We saw over 20 deer when leaving the neighborhood the first evening there, and it was a great surprise for these city girls! Would definitely stay there again!

Stay was perfect. Home was clean, organized, and very well put together. Picture are accurate!! Boerne is an amazing little with lots to do. Truly had a great time.

We had an amazing time! The house was so clean and private and a great space for my toddler to run around a little bit. It was so comfortable and peaceful!
