Views of the La Sal Mountains, Red Rock Cliffs, and a Private wrap around Deck!

The view is almost unbeatable. We loved the lightfull apartment, sitting outside, watching the sunset. There is everything there for two. Felt very private. For us a perfect location ( also close to town)

Great, quiet property away from the noise. Wrap-around porch was main attraction as we enjoyed great views of city and desert. Nicely-equipped, roomy one-bedroom rental.

Great view of surroundings. Comfortable, it met all our needs. Near to downtown and yet it felt secluded and close to nature.

Spent 6 wonderful nights at this location. The views from anywhere inside was great not to mention the private wrap around deck. Super easy access to all Moab has to offer. Nicely furnished with everything we needed for our stay. Easy rental process and communication was timely. Perfect for a couple having King bed and complete privacy.

It was a lovely place to sit outside and look at the view of the mountains and surrounding valley.Condo is very convenient to arches and Canyon land. Would definitely recommend this as a quiet, relaxing place to stay.

Views were great!

Super clean, comfy bed and gorgeous views. Slightly outside town if you're looking for something a little more private, but just minutes away if your need anything. This was our 3rd time staying here and we hope to come back for a 4th.

The house was exactly what we needed for a quick weekend mountain biking in Moab. A little out of town so it was nice and quiet, but still close to things. Killer view of the La Sals. Very clean and comfortable. Communication was easy and effective. Would definitely stay again!

The views from this place are incredible! The deck looks out in a 360 degree view. The place is a short driving distance from the town of Moab as well as Arches, Canyonlands, and Dead Horse Point. A bonus was a drive on the La Sal Mountain Route Trail. We hope to return someday.

Property is as advertised. Great view on the outskirts of town. The 1 BR is on the top floor above the 3 BR, but we couldn't hear the folks downstairs at all. Def would stay again. Perfect for a couple.

Great location. Wrap around deck provided wonderful views of Moab valley. Was able to take Milky Way photos right in the car park. Laundry service convenient when on a 2 week vacation.

Host was very helpful when our plans changed and moved the dates around without any issues. Location is great and furniture all comfortable and clean.

We stayed in the one bedroom. It was clean and well-appointed. Very much enjoyed our stay. Very close to town. Easy access to Arches. Very quiet area.

Amazing views of Moab and the surrounding mountains especially with the wrap-around deck. Close to many trails and state/national parks. The house was very comfortable and the grill worked! No issues or problems at all. Would stay here again.

Everything about this 2 floor home is incredible. Hubby and I rented srcond floor one bedroom with wrap around porch. Rest of family rented first floor with 3 beds and 2 baths! Both apartments are great. So close to everything. Less than 10 minutes to Arches! Spectacular vistas of La Sal Mountains! This house sits on a hill overlooking the valley and Moab! The best in my opinion. Would come back in a heartbeat!

We enjoyed the sights from the apartment, and loved how close we were to everything. The apartment was perfect for the 2 of us and had everything we needed. The owner was super helpful when we couldn’t figure out the air conditioning. Overall a great stay.

We had a good stay at the one bedroom Overlook Apartment. The location was good. The apartment was clean. Rugs, comforter and curtains were old. Bed and pillows very uncomfortable. The air conditioning unit was a “swamp cooler” and it barely kept up.

This place is perfect for a weekend get away! The view is great! It’s 15min from arches which is stellar! The porch is a major amenity too. VERY well stocked too, even had steak seasoning and tea! I wouldn’t stay here with more than 2 adults and 2 little kids/1 older kid as I can imagine it would be a little cramped. Host is AWESOME! We ended up packing out early and then realized at checkout time we forgot my insulin and the host was super great about us coming back to get us stuff:)

Loved the porch! We sat out there every night and the breeze was perfect. Drive way location was tricky but acceptable. Amenities were good, even had a cooler to use on our exploring. Door dash is available. Blu Pig restaurant was our favorite and very close by. SWAMP COOLER a/c was incredible cold, great on hot days. The king size bed was incredibly comfortable. Great location just outside of town, easy access to both north and south bound lanes of 191. Great mountain views of La Salle from porch. 5 STARS!!

What a beautiful place to stay. Up on a hill overlooking Moab and the La Sal Mountains. It was the perfect base for visiting all the national parks in the area. Nationale

We had a family member pass away and had to modify our reservation last minute and Sunnie was very kind and refunded a portion of the days we had to cancel! The communication was prompt, check into the accommodation was easy, and the views from the many windows on the property were magnificent. We really enjoyed our stay :)

The unit features a large great room and bedroom, open to small but well-equipped kitchen. Pleasant bathroom and deck on two sides facing the view. Windows filled both of these sides, facing the valley and La Salle Mountains. Sunny, the owner, provided little welcoming touches, like a living plant, puzzles and a guide for the property. I'd be thrilled to return again, despite the arduous trip from Boise, ID!

This was the perfect place for us to unwind after exploring the national parks. The wrap around porch provided the best views. The windows all over were great. The bed was very comfortable and the place had everything we needed.

Beautiful view all around. Immaculate home and very comfortable for the two of us. Home is close to stores, Arches & Canyonlands. Be sure to take the scenic route 78 to Potash. Wonderful drive.

We stayed two nights while visiting Arches. Very nice place, great views and just plain comfortable. Excellent bed and shower. Grab some bottled water as this part of Utah isn't the land of sky blue waters. Would stay here again.

We loved the accommodations and proximity to town. Our stay allowed us to explore the area and return to a relaxing homebase. Everything was clean and as advertised in listing.

We loved the location and the quietness of the property. I believe there is a 2 or 3 bedroom apt below this unit but if it was occupied we didn't hear a thing. Beautiful views and quick access to downtown Moab. Kitchen and bathroom are small and there is no oven but 4 burner stove works just fine. Very clean. Bed was super comfortable. We would come back.

We had an absolutely fabulous experience with this rental, check-in was a breeze. Everything was pristine and exactly as described. The bed was comfy after our long days visiting the national parks of the area. The overlook location is perfect because you feel secluded, even though your minutes away from downtown. Super short drives to both national parks. Highly recommend

Wife and I absolutely loved this 1 bed Vrbo and had the most amazing view of the canyon. Hope this is available again when we come back. Washer and dryer would be handy otherwise we absolutely loved everything about it. A++++ Thanks

The views are absolutely amazing and the house was amazing. We loved stay here! We had some issues with the tv but the property manager quickly addressed that and helped us with that! We are extremely pleased with the overall experience and everything! I didn’t want to leave ever!
