Brittany and Ryan were great. They have a really nice property and care about their guests. Communication was excellent and very prompt. Really loved our time there and enjoyed meeting them as well. My wife and I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Brittany and Ryan for letting us visit.

Excellent experience

Our hosts were very welcoming and accommodating. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and the “the YakShack” was perfect for us! Very clean and comfortable! Just as noted, we could walk to the river, restaurants and shops, Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great communication. Responded quickly to our questions. Quiet location just a few blocks to the Riverwalk. Lots of nice touches in the space, especially if you forgot some essentials. Look forward to our next stay here when we are in Wilmington.

What a cozy, quiet and clean spot! They thought of everything too! We could walk to the riverfront and amazing restaurants. It was also close to UNCW and the beach. Location was central to ALL of it.

Everything was wonderful. Great little place to stay in East walking distance to the historic district. Loved how well taken care of we were by the hosts.

We only stayed one night but really enjoyed it here. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom has lots of extra toiletries. Location is a short walk to the river front.

The host was very welcoming and we had a great place to park. The place was clean, comfortable and well stocked with coffee and creamers. Host provided generous amount of towels which I appreciate. Quiet, safe and beautiful neighborhood.

One of the nicest places we have stayed. Attention to detail to make sure you had all you would need. Clean, fresh and the most comfortable bed. The neighborhood was perfect for walking to the waterfront and all the great restaurants and cafes. This is a gem!

Lovely, clean, quiet, conveniently located, comfortable, well appointed upsairs loft. Limited hot water for showering for some reason. Would recommend.

We just completed our second visit to Ryan and Brittany's Yak Shack and could not be more pleased with our stay. The property is charming, comfortable, and immaculate. The Yak Shack met all of our expectations for a weekend getaway. The location was great with convenient walking distance from downtown, clean, quiet, and cozy. Brittany and Ryan were quick to respond to any questions we had and were very accommodating. We will definitely recommend this place to others, and hope to stay again in the future.

The apartment was very cute and conveniently located. The hosts even left us some beach chairs when we asked.

The Yak Shack is a great spot for a couple looking for a clean, quiet and super convenient location in Wilmington. Walkable to downtown, easy street parking ande a cute, modern space to launch each day's adventure. Hosts Brittany and Ryan are very friendly and full of tips on the area's highlights and locals' favorites. Easy check-in and check-out instructions as well.

My husband and I planned this trip to celebrate our 25th anniversary. The rental was absolutely beautiful and SO clean! The bed was very comfy! Location was perfect and within walking distance to Riverwalk. The hosts were very quick to respond to any messages. Highly recommend!

My wife and I spent one evening at the Yak Shack this weekend and we could not be more pleased with our experience. The price was right, the location good, the check-in and check-out procedures seamless, and the property well appointed and immaculately clean. We were in town to visit a nearby church so the location was excellent; located within the Historic District and close to downtown. The property appears to be relatively new and evidences zero wear/tear. This is an ideal location for an individual or couple who want to experience the ambience of old Wilmington and be close to all the downtown area has to offer. We highly recommend Brittany and Ryan's Yak Shack and hope to return.

The property was very clean and great size for my fiance and I. It is located in a great location, minutes from the Riverwalk. It also was a short drive to the 3 beaches in the area. Ryan and Brittany were great and easy to communicate with. We Loved it!!!!

This was the perfect place for me and my friend to stay at for a quick 3 day stay! The place was so clean and a perfect location and it was a perfect stay, definitely will be staying here again!

Property was exactly as stated. Very cute, tucked back off the main road. Decor was so cute, cow theme, adorable! Clean, clean, clean, did I mention CLEAN! Parking too! Very quiet. The hosts provide a ton of extras, snacks, bottled water, tons of toiletries, games, streaming networks. Fully stocked kitchenette for anything you might need. Bed super comfy and linens were extra nice! Hosts are available for anything needed, but provide privacy if not needed. Great stay! Highly recommend this place and I’ll be back for future stays! Great little place with great hosts!

This studio was great for our stay. An easy walk to downtown restaurants and close to Wrightsville and Carolina beach. Would definitely rent it again.

The yak shak was adorable! Me and my best friend were in town to explore and go see all things OTH. The shak was so clean and the bed was the most comfortable thing I’ve ever slept on in my life. We literally had to peel ourselves out every morning. The complimentary coffee mugs are too cute and a super sweet souvenir to remember the trip by. I also appreciated the ease of the check out process. The owners are super responsive too. I give it a 10!!
