The Garden Villa - A Beautiful Hidden Gem

It was clean, close to some great locations (restaurants and hiking trails) and it was very quiet.

Simon was an absolutely fantastic host. From the moment we booked, communication was quick, clear, and incredibly helpful, which made the entire process seamless. The property itself was exactly as described—beautiful, clean, and very well maintained.The home was comfortable, thoughtfully set up, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Parking was easy and felt very safe, which was a big plus.What really stood out was the attention to detail and the care Simon puts into making sure guests have a great experience. It truly felt like a hidden gem, and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay.Highly recommend staying here—we would absolutely come back again!

Quaint, comfortable and clean. Addition of many live plants made stay more cozy. Great location, near many shops and restaurants. Loved the heated seat in the bathroom, a nice touch. A couple of cons: large kitchen but no cooktop, access to a hot plate would be nice; difficult to park and maneuver a mid-sized or larger vehicle, not enough room to turn around on the property, had to back out a steep driveway with a blind corner; traffic on the main road pretty substantial during the day, have to give yourself extra time for commuting away from rental if you are on a schedule needing to arrive somewhere at a specific time (not a worry if no timetable). Overall a nice place, would stay again if in the area.

I believe this is my 5th visit to this gem! Per usual it’s cozy, clean, & quiet!! Cannot sing the praises of Simon and his properties enough!

We had a great stay at The Garden Villa. The Villa was clean and cozy. The host was very attentive with great communication. Great location and we were easily able to find lots of shopping and dining opportunities nearby.

Spent day in Dublin and Upper Arlington. Had dinner at the Refractory. Wife's favorite places in Columbus. Beautiful, picturesque property. Clean and nicely laid out. Will come back and have already told family and friends. Thanks Simon and staff!

The host was very accommodating and helpful. Everything was in perfect condition and comfortable. The bed was absolutely wonderful. The entire outside area was beautiful and a pleasure to see from every window. We look forward to coming back in the spring when everything is in bloom

The check-in was easy. The Villa is definitely a hidden gem tucked into a secluded green space. The design inside and out creates a welcoming but sophisticated atmosphere. We will look forward to returning to this property.

We stayed in the villa for my husband’s birthday weekend. The grounds are lovely and the villa itself is cozy and well equipped. The location is convenient to just about everything in the Dublin and surrounding areas.

A lovely property that offers a quiet retreat. The property had everything to offer. We even were greeted by deer in the morning.

You are in your own little villa with everything you need. You are are away from the road and the main house. Secluded among a beautiful garden.

Great cottage for short stays in the Columbus area. Much better than staying in a hotel room. The king bed was super comfortable. All the amenities were very nice except for the shower which was ok but just a bit small. Highly recommend this rental!!

Absolutely enjoyed our stay, only wish it was longer. The Villa is private, peaceful and beautifully appointed inside & out. The bed, oh the bed…so comfortable! Simon made us feel very welcomed. Great communication; check-in/out was a breeze. We will certainly be back.

Our stay was awesome. Everything was clean and had Everything you could want. Including sosp, shampoo, coffee maker with coffe and water. The only thing lacking were privacy for the bathroom. Wish yhe walls went up to the ceiling. We also

Very charming, quaint property tucked away in a peaceful location, yet close proximity to all of your needs. The grounds are reminiscent of The Secret Garden. Unfortunately, it rained the entire stay and was unable to enjoy the outdoor areas. Would love to visit again in order to do so. Cleanliness equates to comfort and the property is meticulously maintained. The time there exceeded my expectations.

My work retreats are long and exhausting but apart of me is so happy to come back to this beautiful space! Wonderful features such as heated toilet seats, WiFi charging station, new pillows, and quiet setting. 5 stars always!

The Garden Villa was probably one of my top 3 VRBO stays ever. There was an amazing number of conveniences included, from the Nespresso machine to the heated toilet seat. We got a big kick out of the outdoor bathtub. thaunique.
