This was a perfect place for us to stay! Small fenced in yard for my little dog too! Tara was great with communication. We needed to extend our stay last minute and she handled it for us promptly and went out of her way to help at a stressful moment for us. Note - we did not go to a vineyard so can’t comment on that.

This spot is perfect for a single or couple. It is in close proximity to downtown, so you can go get your Pablo's and your Cafe Sol without having to worry about parking. The hosts are responsive and available to help if you experience any problems. I would definitely stay here again.

I struggle to give this a five star rating only because the place is on the smaller side. The bathroom especially. Honestly though, it had everything we needed. It was clean, private, the check in process was great and the communication was prompt. So, five stars it is. Just keep in mind that only one person can be in the bathroom at a time. We were rushing one morning and found it hard to get ready at the same time. A suggestion to help with this would be to add some lighting to the mirror that is just outside the bathroom. This way it could be used in a pinch to do hair etc. The location was stellar. An easy walk to downtown!

This was the perfect place to stay in Grand Junction for me and my pup. Centrally located to several National Parks and lots of wineries in Palisades. It’s also a few blocks from the main Downtown area with lots of restaurants and shops. Super quiet at night and a very safe area. Tara communicated the check in process perfectly and the Carriage House had everything we needed. I absolutely plan on coming back and staying here.

Our only concern was the amount of noise from the 2 air conditioners necessary to keep up with the Grand Junction summer heat! They did the job though.
