Stayed Oct 16, 2025Everything was new and clean Feeling. There were some marks and dents in the wall and a hole where there was a hook outside of the shower already there. Just some wear and tear, overall no issues and cozy and clean.

Stayed Jan 29, 2025A quick trip to Nashville, this was great location for easy trip to city without being in the middle of action ( which we prefer). Lots of great food options walkable and well equiped kitchen.

Stayed Nov 7, 2024My husband and I enjoyed staying in this private apartment separated from the main house. We had our own entrance; parking space and it was not connected to the main house. The instructions were perfect on getting in and out. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again the next time we travel to Nashville.

Stayed Jun 12, 2024We had a terrific stay at Neal's Air B n B in a charming neighborhood just a 10 minute drive to downtown Nashville. We actually used Uber to get into town which was a terrific way to get there. We really enjoyed the neighborhood's delicious restaurants, especially Folk! The neighborhood cafe is a great place to grab a coffee and even find a souvenir or two! Neal was very helpful in suggesting places to go and restaurants to check out. The place was cozy, well equipped and exactly as pictured online. We especially appreciated being able to enjoy a home made breakfast before heading out for the day. Thank you for a terrific stay!

Stayed Apr 24, 2024Everything was great. We are walkers so we would walk to Broadway about 2.8 miles and Uber back at night. Cost between $7-$15.
