Please note: the pool, spa, and all outdoor areas are shared with the host family, who live in the main house on the property. We make every effort to give guests privacy and quiet, and we are on hand if you need anything.

Whether it is an anniversary, a quick romantic escape, or a weekend that is just the two of you, this is your serene home base.
As a reminder here are our house rules:

1. Please respect the check-in and check-out times. Check-out is at 11am. Our housekeeping crew arrives at that time to get the guest house ready for our next guest. We ask that you provide 72 hour notice of early check-in or late checkout request. Any unauthorized late check-out is subject to half a days rate for a 1-hour extension and full days rate for 1-hour+.

2. Self-check-in is provided. The code will be sent to you prior to our arrival. Please see check-in instructions for further details.

3. Parking is allowed in the main driveway. Please park at bottom of the driveway with enough room to move vehicles as necessary.

4. Outdoor cameras are present your everyone’s safety and security.

5. Please don’t rearrange our furniture and please refrain from eating in the bed. If the sheets or comforter get stained you are responsible to clean it or your will get a claim to your deposit.

6. Please clean the kitchen after you use it.

7. Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door.

8. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. We have installed new Smart Smoke Detectors and we will be notified if someone smokes in the guest house.

9. Please be respectful of bed sheets and towels. Makeup/foundation, face medications/creams, and tanning products will stain and/or bleach linens/towels. Makeup removal wipes are provided for these. Please avoid using regular hand/bath towels with all skin products.

10. Pets are not allowed anywhere on the property. If you bring a pet without authorization there’s a minimum $200 fine.

11. Please no parties or events allowed.

12. We have an unfenced pool and spa that is here for your enjoyment, however, please use caution when using the pool or spa.

13. Please note you swim at your own risk and there is no diving of any kind.

14. Please no unregistered guests are allowed to stay over.

15. We ask that you please take your garbage to the trash container before you leave on your check out date. The garbage and recycling bins are located near the front gate entrance. The recycle bin is blue. The garbage pickup is Wednesday and Saturday.

16. All TV’s are Smart TV’s allowing you to screencast, access online apps, videos, music, and your streaming services.

17. Cleaning is done at check-out but if you want, you can request more cleaning service during your stay, for an additional charge.

18. Owner retains right to enter for emergencies, repairs, or inspections.

19. Our neighborhood is important to us, and all residents live here full-time. Please respect the community and try to avoid making loud noise between 11 pm and 8 am. Guests shall NOT disturb neighbors with loud music, unlawful, or unsafe behavior. Any illegal drug use will be reported to the proper authorities. Should guest allow or participate in such, the guest will be evicted and forfeit the security deposit.

20. Please respect the speed limit while in our neighborhood. There are many children, adults, and animals in the area. If you have someone providing your transportation services please ensure they also obey the speed limit.

21. Please leave the house the same way as you entered.
