Enjoy river life at our newest waterfront Duplex property in the lower unit which has all new high end amenities including a new riverfront hot tub, two 34 foot boat docks and panaramic views of the river from the riverfront deck. (Please note that the boat docks are available only in the spring and summer months, and some of the Fall. They are taken out of the water on November 1st for winter storage) All of the docks in the entire City of Vermilion are taken out of the water by November

Stayed Aug 26, 2025I loved being right on the river. We saw a bald eagle and blue heron daily. The morning mist on the water was a beautiful way to start the day. Very convenient to downtown shopping and restaurants. A quiet get away!!

Stayed Jul 12, 2025The homeowner has lots of rules and is a little hard to deal with we had to sweep the inside of the house when we got there, and there was dog hair on the carpets and the couch. Has a nice location, but I would not book again.

Stayed Jun 21, 2023We were in town for the NHRA races in Norwalk. We decided to extend our stay this year and spend some time on the river. The house was really nice and very well equipped. We enjoyed the convenience to Vermilion, Lake Erie and the relaxing stay on the river.

Stayed Aug 20, 2022Nice location close to downtown Vermillion and beautiful state park just south. Take advantage of the kayaks and paddle upstream about a mile and it’s like you are in a different world. No houses, cool cliff faces and woods all around. The owner provided plenty of coffee and some treats too.

Stayed Aug 4, 2021We had a wonderful stay and the location was perfect for us! This home was cozy and welcoming with several special touches from the owners (like a welcome basket and snacks). We loved sitting in the deck in the mornings and took advantage of the hot tub and gas grill. Kitchen has everything we needed for a few meals in. We’d definitely stay here again!
