Quiet Oasis in Lovely Neighborhood

This was a great place to stay. Bunker, his son, and Alexia were very nice and accommodating. We had a great time! Will definitely stay here on my next trip to Orlando

It's a quiet neighborhood, the owner was very nice and responsive. We were able to use the washer and dryer--it was really helpful after a week of cruise.

Comfortable, clean and quiet. Great location. Only 15 minutes from the airport. Very convenient.

The room was clean. It was close to a lot of the activities we wanted to do. The best part was getting to meet and engage with the owners who are wonderful people.

Everything was perfect. the hosts were so sweet and always asked if everything was okay and if we needed anything. Perfect hosts, perfect place. perfect place with downtown orlando right there. We stayed for a festival and it was only 3 miles from the festival. Perfect! everything about this place was perfect! :)

This was an amazing 2 night stay for us. Wished we could of stayed longer. It was very easy to find. Safe neighborhood. Room felt very private. The screened in private pool area was lovely with morning coffee. The birds and wildlife around the yard was so quiet and peaceful. We hope to visit again someday.

We were too busy to enjoy the beautiful covered patio and pool as we were off on our anniversary adventures, but at the end of a long day we were so happy to come back to a quiet comfortable place to unwind and rest.

Excellent hosts that communicated perfectly throughout and made us feel right at home. We didn’t hang around during the day much but enjoyed late night and early morning dips in the pool and heated jacuzzi. Area is beautiful and conveniently located. Would happily stay again. Thank you!

The bed was terrible. They need to get a new mattress, it sags and my back was killing me by morning. I got no sleep neither did my wife. The hosts are nice people, but we thought it would be a little more private, but it was the bed that really did it. We booked it for two nights, only stayed one, couldn't stand the thought of another night on that bed.

Quiet and peaceful truly describes this gem. Centrally located in Orlando in a beautiful neighborhood close to a lot of great restaurants. Room is very clean and the bed is quite comfortable. The host Bunker is first-rate. Highly recommend!

The host was easy to communicate with and friendly. Unfortunately, unable to use the spa/pool as a bit too cold.

Very relaxing and quiet location. This place is very centrally located with about 30 mintues tracel to pretty much everything orlando. While we were gone for pretty much the entire day of the days we were there. The additional amenities seemed to be a great additional touch that brought this together. Do give this place a chance, you wouldnt be disapointed.

The host was very welcoming and kind and also very respectful of our privacy. They gave us a great introduction to what to look for and they provided us a lovely experience and I’m truly grateful for how wellbeing they were. Overall I enjoyed my stay and I loved the fact that my pets were welcomed as well!

Beautiful neighborhood and home. The space was a mother in law suite connected to the main house with a laundry room separation. Very clean and quiet. We had access to pool and hot tub which was very relaxing. Hosts were out of town but family was there to assist and greet us. The only issue was the tv kept losing connection to the internet and after the first time, I didn’t want to keep bothering the host, they allowed us to check in at 2 instead of 4 being that our flight was early and we offered us late check out of Noon. The only thing we found odd was host mentioned a 15 fuel fee which I had no idea what it was for as the pool and hot tub were listed as an amenity and didn’t mention anything about a fuel fee if used.

Nice room and amazing yard/pool

Beautiful place and very comfy bed. We slept like babies. Didn't feel like we were away from home. Pool experience was amazing and host was very helpful. Will deffo recommend.

Mother-in-law suite is a big bedroom with TV, microwave, small refrigerator/freezer, washer/dryer access, desk & wingback chair. Bathroom roomy. If you need anything else you just ask. Owners were awsome!!

Our stay was exactly what we hoped for. A perfect spot for needing to be in Orlando, but away from the hecticness of the city. The room was exactly as listed and located in a quaint neighborhood. We were happy to find this little gem!

Great place!

The host was great and gave us some restaurant recommendations around town and gave us full use of pool and spa and gave us a heads up beforehand if they wanted to spend time or perform maintenance on the pool. The neighborhood is a sight to behold. Treelined streets, the most beautiful homes and yards. 10/10 would stay there again.

Very nice and chill spot. Pool and hot tub was amazing. The owners are very nice and welcoming and easy to get in touch with if needing anything.Also having a washer & dryer available is wonderful.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay as we celebrated our anniversary over Memorial Day Weekend. Homeowner was onsite and very helpful. Pool and back patio were spacious and everything we needed for some R&R. The house is in a great neighborhood and close to many restaurant options and our main draw of Leu Gardens (my wife loves plants and nature).

Would love to stay here again, was very clean. Extra blankets were provided. Nice neighborhood, designated parking and access to the pool at night.

Had everything we needed. Owners were friendly and accommodating. Pool was relaxing. Bed was comfortable. Clean and comfortable. Neighborhood was pleasant. Great location in relation to attractions, restaurants and stores.

My fiancee, fur babies and I had an amazing time, the hosts are some awesome people who were very helpful with anything the could be. And the hot tub/pool were just what was needed after a long day adventuring.

The hosts were super friendly and also very accommodating! The place was very clean, the location seemed to be in a safe area and is fairly close to most things. As a solo traveller, I would definitely recommend renting out this mother-in-law suite. Thank you again for the hospitality!

We stayed 2 nights and it couldn't have been more perfect. Bunker is an amazing host. I was ill the day we were to check out. I texted and asked if we could check out an hour or two late. Not only did he allow us 2 hours he asked if there was anything he could do to help me. I hope to stay here again.

Booked this property for a six-week stay as part of a Florida snow bird trip. Was perfect for what I needed as a digital nomad just trying to escape the cold and visit Universal on the weekends. Space was clean and hosts were friendly and communicative. Very safe neighborhood - no concerns as a solo female traveler.I had my car with me so food was not an issue with the limited appliances but if you won’t have a car and will be spending a lot of time at the property it is something to consider.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The hospitality was top-notch, and the property was impeccably clean. We especially loved relaxing in the hot tub. The neighborhood was excellent—quiet, safe, and conveniently located. Everything we wanted to do was within a 20-minute drive, making it the perfect base for our trip. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would return in a heartbeat!

My sister in law were in town for the Pink Concert as well as my sons soccer tournament. We stayed in a hotel with the team from Friday to Sunday and then headed to Bunker’s on Sunday. I was not sure if my sons tournament was going to run over if he made it to the finals so Bunker was kind enough to inform me that I could leave my stuff there while we waited for the tournament results. We didn’t end up needing to but it was kind of him. Fast forward to when we arrived, the neighborhood was awesome and Bunker and his family were super inviting. We sat around and chatted for a little bit. At night we had the hot tub and pool to ourselves. Come Monday, our Uber cancelled our ride because we ran 5 mins behind. We couldn’t get an Uber in short notice so Bunker was so kind that he dropped us off at the concert after working all day himself. I would recommend this host any day of the week. As a matter of fact, there are some restaurants we want to go back and try and I already told him, we are booking with him again. Thank you Bunker and Family for being extremely sweet, understanding, and CLEAN (that is really important). You will definitely see us against 😁
