Private self-contained. Great neighbourhood location. Close forest & geothermal

The Summer House is a great stay for a single or couple. Well decorated and kitchen had everything thing needed. Nice extra touches with fresh fruit and other food items for us. Barry and Jessica were great communicators and check in was easy.

We had an amazing stay at Jessica & Barry's studio - they were close by should we have needed anything but we didn't because it had all the amenities as well as being close to the town centre and all the activities that we did. Highly recommended and we would definitely stay there again next time

Wow! what an amazing property. The hosts were friendly and helpful. The cottage was clean, modern and there was everything that you need. In a quiet part of town but close to everything, our stay was peaceful and so enjoyable. The hot tub was a great addition.

We had a wonderful stay in Rotorua at Jessica & Barry’s gorgeous property. Quiet and peaceful location. Hot tub was very relaxing. The studio was beautifully decorated, comfortable bed, and had all the amenities we needed to make for a great stay. Very communicative and gracious hosts!

We loved staying in this cute, comfortable, cozy space. It had everything we needed and we had a great time in Rotorua! The location was great- an easy drive to everywhere we wanted to visit, in a quiet and safe neighbourhood.

The hosts were amazing and the space was fantastic. We had a car and they provided parking. The summer house is private locatloed in ourdoor garden space and you have acceas to the private outdoor spa tub. The fridge was stocked with nd the kitchen was stocked as well we well.

The property was ideal, well appointed and very clean. The hosts very helpful and friendly. Would use again.

Perfect, size, location, hosts

The propert is exactly as described, lovely comfortable bed, very peaceful and close to everything Rotorua has to offer.

Very comfortable for two, great location, and friendly owners. The cabin is well designed and cared for, and this includes the delightful outdoor patio and yard. No regrets at all about this selection.

Very cozy, comfortable, private garden suite with all the amenities. Hosts were great. Located very close to Rotorua attractions, and many walking tracks. Would highly recommend this stay.

Comfy studio with everything we needed. It’s residential but doesn’t feel it. Little bit of a walk from the car, through a couple of gates, which would be a bit exciting with luggage in bad weather. Big covered porch area once you’re there. Great communication from the hosts. We loved our time here and will happily come back.

Absolutely loved our stay for four nights at this beautiful property . Peaceful and cosy . The hosts have done a wonderful job in ensuring you have everything you need . The bed was so comfortable that we are buying one as soon as we get home . Enjoyed meeting Jess and sweet Ella too. Would definitely stay here again .

Our experience was outstanding. The property is extremely tastefully decorated – comfortable, private and has some very lovely touches – for example the fridge had some lovely treats and the spa pool was definitely a highlight. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Everything was simply perfect. We give this property 150% rating.
