Property was very quaint. Quiet and comfortable. Very dog friendly which was important to us. Would stay again abd highly recommend.

Guest house was great! Had everything we needed (cookware, utensils, coffee, etc). The house is in a great location, close to the highway, but you still feel like you are in the country (there are deer everywhere!). We were able to bring our 2 dogs and still felt like we had enough space to move around in the home. It should be noted that the guest house is directly next to the main house, where the family lives full time. Their garage is connected to the guest house. That didn’t bother us at all, as we were gone most of the days on hikes with the dogs or other events, but for people looking for complete solitude, may be important. That being said, the hosts were SO nice and very respectful of our privacy and even came by the last day with fresh eggs from their chickens! All in all, great stay and great hosts!

Clean, kitchen was well stocked. Easy check in and out.

Great place for me and my dog, with a beautiful and peaceful setting. Fenced in yard right next to the house and all kitchen amenities provided. Definitely recommend.

We loved our month long stay! Perfect for my husband and I. House was clean and in a good location for us. Close to trails for walking or biking. It was fun waking up each morning to deer in the yard. Host responded quickly to all of our needs. Would love to come back next year.

Host is very nice and welcomes you to the property. The house is very clean and smelled great upon entering. We have stayed a few times and it has always been nice. Wouldn't mind a small TV in bedroom but other than that it is a very nice place to stay. There is salt and could maybe use a few other spices, pepper, garlic... Clean, comfortable and quiet with a place to park right in front.

Very clean, neat, and pleasant house. Everything needed was there. Small fenced yard was convenient for dogs. Overall a very nice experience.

We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were pleasant and accommodating, but we did not have any complaints. The place is neat and clean, good amount of privacy and the near by tennis/basketball court was a great bonus! Loved the fenced yard also, for our pups. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again.

I've stayed here before and it was such a nice place that i wanted to stay again. Host was very friendly and helpful with the mistake i made on the dates i had scheduled. Will stay here again anytime i need a place to stay when i come to town.

This location was perfect for us! Nice little apt style home next to the hosts! Met them and they were very friendly! We r retired living n an area with mostly elder no kiddos! We enjoyed watching and hearing kids play outside ! So glad some kids still play outdoors! Will return!

I had a great stay at this property. It was clean, spacious, and perfect for two people. The fenced backyard was a huge plus for my dog, and the location was very convenient, with shops and restaurants nearby. Communication with the host was prompt and helpful. I would definitely consider staying here again!

Tim and Kim where wonderful hosts and their guest house was just a delight! We needed a fenced yard for our small dogs, and a great location near our home while doing some renovations. The guest house was the perfect size and immaculate when we showed up. There was the added benefit of a wonderful family farm atmosphere that make for a charming visit. Highly recommend!!

Very nice property and comfortable home to stay in. The property is very large and in a quiet neighborhood; a perfect place to go for a walk with our dogs. There is also a nice fenced area for our dogs to play next to the house just out the door. Parking is right outside the door. The kitchen is well equipped. The owners live in the main house on the property and every time we saw them they we very polite and kind, and asked if everything was ok or if we needed anything. They were truly wonderful hosts. The location was perfect, it was close to everything but far enough away you were not in the hustle and bustle of a city. It was a very quiet relaxing place to stay.

Beautiful place. Everything was as advertised. Wonderful community within 15 minutes of everything you would ever want to do in Round Rock or the surrounding area. Great hosts, super nice property, enjoyable stay. Highly recommend.

Came to town for a USWNT soccer game in Austin. Enjoyed the beautiful scenery in Round Rock, close to dining and shopping in many local towns. We were able to bring our pets to also enjoy some travel with us. Great little guest House connected to additional garage along with fenced in area for the dogs and a basketball court. Loved seeing the deer wonder the neighborhood. Would stay here again.

Stayed here for the weekend as it was very close to my brother’s wedding venue. Very clean property, great location. Did not have the chance to use the kitchen but it looked well stocked. I appreciated the storage bags that were there as mine carrying my toiletries for my flight broke. Would stay again!

Great place to stay outside the hustle and bustle of Austin but close enough for easy access. Clean with large kitchen (no dishwasher though) and nice yard for dog. Beautiful area. Only issue was the kitchen sink faucet was broken when we got there and there are multiple hidden fees, which may be more a Vrbo issue but could be in the description to help. Overall great though!

Love this place. It is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access everywhere. The deer are real! My office is a few miles away, so this was perfect. In the evening, I would walk the 2-mile track around the block :) the deer were playing in all the yards. It was amazing to be so close to the cities but feel like you are all alone in the country. The hosts are very accommodating and the guest house has everything you need. Highly recommend.

I had the pleasure of staying here for the entire summer and had a wonderful experience with no issues. It’s a fantastic place to stay near Austin, offering a peaceful retreat away from the city’s hassle. I got to ñ explore downtown austin and north Austin where they have alot of parks and places to explore. Tim and his family were outstanding hosts.
