Property was as described and we had a pleasant stay. Location is an easy drive to the downtown area. We would recommend this property.

Place was very nice , clean , accesable , very easy to navigate Nashville from here really a great spot to enjoy the city and beyond close to the Zoo also nice place , good people easy peasy and thats how you want a vacation spot to be and its a great price !!!!!! Good times !

This is a convenient location to many attractions and great restaurants . The hosts are responsive and accommodating. My husband has been dealing with a sore back , but the bed in the unit was very comfortable for him.

This place was very clean, cozy, and it was in the perfect location. I was able to get to downtown Nashville in 15 mins pending traffic and to all other areas that I was visiting. The area was nice and quiet and the home was very spacious and peaceful. It had such good vibes. Access to the host was amazing as they were very responsive and communicative for anything that I needed. I booked and stayed here based on previous reviews and it did not disappoint! I will definitely be staying here again for my next visit!

This was a great little place to stay! It was conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood. The hosts were great too - we left an item, and Erin contacted me right away so I could head back to get it before we left town.

I highly recommend this place! It is thoughtfully decorated and appointed to make you feel cozy and “at home”. It has a very comfy king size bed also. Host was good at communicating and check in was effortless with a coded key pad. I definitely plan to go back when I’m in Nashville again.

Our stay was great. The accommodations were wonderful. The sitting area and king size bed were very comfortable. Our hosts have thought of everything one might need for their stay. A plus was the closeness to downtown and Vanderbilt Hospital. We will definitely look to book this location again.

The hosts were welcoming and helpful. The accommodations are very clean comfy, and have all the usual amenities. The hosts also provide extra touches, such as a water filter pitcher, makeup wipes, and board games, all of which we put to good use. I highly recommend these accommodations to anyone looking for a quiet, convenient, and comfortable stay in Nashville.

It was the perfect place to stay for a long weekend. Short uber ride to everything, and in a very safe neighborhood. The house was cutely decorated and the bed was big and comfy. Definitely a good deal for the price!

I chose this property based on its location being close to where our son lives. We ended up hanging out more often at this property than our son’s apartment because it was so cozy. It has everything we needed! Very well kept.

Very comfortable, cozy and clean. Excellent hosts to work with. The bed is extra firm and the pillows are kind of flat if you are used to thicker pillows. We usually bring our own pillows and forgot. Overall great stay and great location. Would definitely book again.

We loved the unique setting of the place, the privacy, safety, accessibility. It had a “just right” feel. The space was decorated so nicely and had a home-like coziness. A beautiful array of flowers was blooming when we visited along with new baby pumpkins on the vine. Host and gardener child were very friendly. We’d stay again for sure.

The rental was just as described. Close to everything you can imagine. Unit was clean, private and very peaceful. If we could rate it higher we would. We will be definitely be making a yearly trip here every year in October. I would highly suggest this to anyone staying in the Nashville area.

Everything was perfect. I was in Nashville while my dad was in Vanderbilt Hospital. I needed calm and quiet. That is exactly what I got. I was able to relax and get my needed rest and sleep during a tough week with my family.

Great location. Very clean! Take into account that this is a garage turned into a guest house; thus, no windows. Would have preferred an AC unit as I like it very cool.

Perfect little guest house within 10-15 minutes of everything Nashville has to offer. Quaint and safe neighborhood with plenty of dinning options close by. Hosts were communicative, accommodating, friendly, and thoughtful. Next time I’m in town I’ll definitely book again. I’d highly recommend staying here if visiting Nashville.

This was the perfect spot for a peaceful couple’s getaway. The home was exactly as expected — clean, quiet, and cozy. We especially appreciated the host letting us use their grill — such a thoughtful touch that made our stay even better. Everything was just right, and we’d happily stay again!

We came to Nashville for the weekend to go to the flea market and go antiquing. The guest cottage was clean and quiet during our stay. It was convenient to the major roads in Nashville. Erin was very easy to communicate with, and made check in and out a breeze! Very cute space!

We loved this place. Just what we needed for a two night stay in Nashville. The size is great for a couple, or a couple with one young child.

I came to Nashville from Michigan for my birthday weekend, and I loved the place. Very cute, just what we needed. Absolutely loved they provided a fan, shower things, and make up wipes! If we ever come back we will be booking again

Such a cute little private space a few minutes drive from downtown. I surprised my boyfriend for his birthday with a long weekend trip to Nashville and this was the perfect place for us to stay during our trip. It was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. 100% recommend.

Our family and I stayed in Nashville for a few days and this was a great place to be! Very convenient location and the hosts were very nice and easy to communicate with.

We had to come to Nashville for a family emergency and this place was just what we needed. It was close to the hospital yet away from the chaos of downtown. The neighborhood was quiet and lovely. Lots of flood nearby if you’re not wanting to cook. But enough cookware provided if you just want a night in. They have the cutest little guest book that allows you to read about all the people who have stayed before. One thing I will say, if you can’t safely back up a vehicle do not park all the way up the drive. Lol

I was in town for my nieces’s graduation and visiting friends while in town. The location central and convenient to restaurants, stores and gas stations! The house is very nice and has everything you need!

We needed a clean & comfortable place to lay our heads while we stayed in Nashville. This place was a perfect fit! Ample room to hang our clothes, iron & ironing board, full kitchen, comfy loveseat & couch, tower fan, noise machine, etc. they have thought of it all!! We were able to use Uber easily and we really enjoyed being so close to everything. If we come back to Nashville we will book again.

We had a great time. The room was perfect for us. We are not fans of hotels. With the exception of a washer/dryer This place has everything you need for a comfortable stay in nashville. It was clean and comfortable and close to everything we wanted to do and see while we were in nashville. The hosts communication was top notch. We will be back again domeday.

Cozy guest house. I was very happy with having private parking and a quiet place to relax after sight seeing. This guest house was just perfect a very comfortable living room area with smart tv, kitchen with a full sized refrigerator if you decide to cook, and a king size bed. The location was just minutes from great restaurants, climbing gym, and attractions. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place for my 15-yr old daughter, my sister and me. We were in town for a concert, and this worked out great staying here, less than 5 miles from downtown Nashville.

Clean and had everything we needed for our short little stay in Nashville

Location is very close to any needed store and restaurants of many ethnicities. The drive to all the major attractions was very easy and reasonably close. The unit had all the space and conveniences we needed.

Husband and I taking a couples trip to TN. Nashville was our first stop of our 3 stop stay of the State. This was perfect as we didnt wanna be right downtown but close enough to be able to go adventure what we wanted too... The place was perfect for my husband and I. We were happy our only suggestion would be a mattress topper as the mattress isnt very soft so we had a hard time sleeping. And we let them know of a something we noticed so they could be aware for the future as we didnt want anything bad to happen as my husband is very hand man lol seem to be greatful. Thank if we we come back wed stay again.
