Stayed Aug 27, 2023Loved the well appointed space. Had a desk chair and folding table in the closet that we used as a desk. The variety of outdoor spaces is fantastic and are appropriate for a variety of weather. Nice grill as well. Shower is a little small but otherwise fine. Has Starlink Internet which is huge for speed and streaming. Had some issues with voice dropping on MS Teams but the cell coverage in the area (Verizon) is good enough to get a stable voice connection.

Stayed Aug 13, 2023We had a very comfortable, relaxing, and peaceful time. Very well stocked with everything we needed. The grounds were beautiful/well taken care of. Large yard and patio off of kitchen was a plus for our 2 dogs to play in. We highly recommend Mill Lane if you are looking for quiet after a day in York. Will definitely stay here again on our next travels to Maine. Thank you John & Janna for your wonderful hospitality!

Stayed Jul 9, 2023A week in southern Maine. This rental was great. It was 20 minutes to the beach on a hot day. The rental is serene and quiet in the woods and provides a great contrast to the beach.

Stayed Jun 14, 2023We loved our stay at John’s property. Even though the unit is part of the main house, it’s tucked away in the back, with its own entrance and views, so it was like it was a separate building. It was well appointed and decorated, and spotlessly clean. The kitchen is small-ish, but had everything we needed. The living room is spacious and opens right up to the porch that has a fire table and comfy seating. Great Lake (reservoir) views. Unfortunately there’s now water activities permitted on it, but great to look at. We were able to bring our 2 dogs… and they loved it! Would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area.
