Stayed Jan 9, 2026This casita was EXACTLY as advertised. It was very small/cozy in the absolute best of ways. You are literally getting exactly what you see. It was very private. It was very clean. There were a ton of very small touches like bathroom supplies, small snacks etc, that were really unique. The host was AWESOME with communication. 10/10 would stay here again.

Stayed Jan 7, 2026The property was exactly as described. It had everything we needed including the beach chairs, towels and cooler we requested. Heather was great at communicating with us and I felt had we needed anything she was available. It was in close proximity to Tarpon Springs and Honeymoon Island which we came for. We would definitely come back if we were to visit the area again. We had the privacy we were looking for and the home was very clean and I enjoyed the uniqueness of it.

Stayed Sep 19, 2025The cottage was true to the listing. Very well kept, plenty of room and nice furnishings. It would have been nice to have Bicycles to use and some Beach towels and Beach chairs, but we were aware that these amenities weren't included, so no issues, just a suggestion.

Stayed Jan 30, 2025This cute Casita is located approximately 1 mile from the bike trail and navigation to the bike trail is not difficult. The Casita was very clean and stocked with a decent amount of paper supplies, plenty of trash bags and cleaning supplies. It was evident that they really put some thought into the needs of their guests. Heather and JJ were very nice hosts and yes, there is a spiral staircase, which we had no problem with, so if you think you can manage that, I recommend this Casita. Location is great, (it is located in a quiet neighborhood), but close to numerous dining locations. Heather reached out to us just checking to see if we needed anything and she was quick to reply to any question we had. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks for providing such a nice, comfortable Casita.
