Outstanding Location - Come Relax and Stay at the Beach

Very clean inside and also in the patio/courtyard area. The unit feels very new and quite secure. The host is excellent - very helpful and communicative. Good freeway access and a very short drive to grocery, downtown Encinitas and the beach. I would readily recommend this unit for singles or couples (due to the size of the ADU).

We had a fantastic stay at this cozy Cardiff/Encinitas property! Traveling with two young kids under 10, the setup was ideal—clean, neat, and well-organized. The pull-out couch was comfortable for the kids, and the outdoor play area was a big hit.The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach and close to everything we needed. The neighborhood is quiet and very family-friendly, making it a perfect base for our summer adventures.A special shoutout to the host, who was incredibly responsive and offered great hospitality throughout our stay. This spot was exactly what we needed, and we’d happily return!

The property itself was newly furnished — clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal, walking distance to the beach and easy access to local attractions. The host was exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. This was the perfect spot for this years vacation break with some remote work fit in as well. A short drive to the beach for fun, sunsets and meditation. Lots of close activities, hiking, tours, shops and restaurants as well as access to business resources if needed (printing and copies in my case). This is a newly remodeled place in tip top condition, I would highly recommend this property.

Great place to stay for the summer you have everything close and everything you need in her place. We appreciate her hospitality and hope to be back
