This was a cute little garage under an apartment complex. The bed, pillows and shower were good. Clear and easy access to the small apartment. There was a lack of ventilation as there are no windows.

This is a bright, airy, pleasant, private space. It has a beautiful view (leafy neighborhood, it's up on a bit of hill), nice patio and yard. Sweet, quiet neighborhood, nice for a walk - and about a 1/2 mile from Safeway and other stores and restaurants. Perfectly located - near enough to Seattle but still surburban. I had trouble getting the heat to work - the remote was very straightforward but still it didn't come on. I could have gone next door and knocked to get assistance but I didn't want to bother the owner and the temp wasn't too bad. FYI the sleeping loft with bed has a really low ceiling, as the listing warns - I'm 5'2 and needed to crouch even at the tallest part - so a bigger person might be uncomfortable. But of course once you're laying down it doesn't matter. Great price - cheaper than any hotel rooms nearby and so much nicer. Nice kitchenette with coffee and coffee maker. Perfect place to stay if you're in the Seattle area.

This property is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood near a walking trail. The indoor area is small but lovely and decorated with charm. The property includes an outdoor courtyard with chairs and a fire pit. The owners were delightful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to revisit this property in the future.

Beautiful and very well-kept space! We really enjoyed our stay, and it was relatively easy to commute down to Seattle from this location. Great quiet neighborhood as well. Would definitely stay again!

I loved this location! Laurie was a great host! Quiet neighborhood and located not far from Seattle, which is what i was looking for. She let me know I had left something and I was able to go back and get it. I spent quite a bit of time outside one the little patio reading in the evening and talking with chickens!

Just the right size and comfortable. The hosts were very kind, and the space was clean. We spent most of our time out on the patio, which overlooks a part of the neighborhood. Very peaceful, close to shops, and not far from Seattle.

The space was small. Making out the couch into a bed was a challenge due to lack of space. Kitchen is more a kitchenette. There was a small sitting area outdoors, which was nice. However, the owner(s) and their dog and chickens also use the space.

Very cute place, perfect for me and my friend. It was a good location, quiet/safe neighborhood and still an easy drive into Seattle. The beds were comfy and the loft wasn’t too hard to deal with, it was nice to have a refuge after being out all day, there’s also a really nice park nearby. I would recommend staying here!

The description Modern, Cozy is exactly right. The space is very warm and welcoming and, although very small, it is highly functional. I was there with my adult daughter and grandson (9) for my daughter's graduation from Bastyr. The hosts very thoughtfully created this apartment and didn't leave anything out. It worked very well for the 3 of us. Both beds were very comfortable (the sofa bed has a topper that makes all the difference) and the kitchen area worked just fine for our 5 night stay. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars for the accuracy of the online description is that the sofa bed is in the living room. It is not a separate room--as you can see in the photos but it's called a bedroom in the description. Also, the current sofa bed is bigger than the one in the photos and when opened up it takes the whole room. I'm not complaining as it was very comfortable but it's good to know. I met Josh a couple times as we were going about our day, and he was very pleasant and kind---gave us 2 eggs right out of the hen house! I would definitely come back!

Top-tier experience! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that a lot of care and thought went into making this rental as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The bed was incredibly cozy—I slept like a baby every night. The hot showers were a daily treat, and the patio was the perfect spot to unwind with friends. I only wish our schedule hadn’t been so packed so we could have spent more time enjoying the space. I highly recommend this rental and would absolutely stay here again!

This place is ideal if you want something clean, modest, well priced, and conveniently located for the NW Seattle/Shoreline area. It is located on a quiet street with off-street parking, and it is close to I-5, Aurora Ave and the light rail line. The property owners are on site and very helpful, so getting any issues resolved is very easy. I will definitely use this space again. A

The place is so cozy, clean and cute. Perfect for our weekend getaway! The toiletries amenities were more than any other places I've stayed in, they even provided ear plugs and dental floss! How thoughtful is that? All the kitchen appliances work and the bathroom was delightfully spacious. The owners, who are not professional builders, built the place themselves. We kept marveling at all the little details, how all the beddings fit perfectly in the drawers under the stairs, the wooden paneling on the wall, the painting on the shed, the matching bathroom wallpaper and the kitchen drawers. It's obvious that this little loft was a work of love. So amazing.

My hosts were nice, even though i only had brief interactions with them. The loft is clean, well fitted out and has good wifi. My only issues were the loft itself was too low for most people and I had to sleep on a sofa bed that wasn't very comfortable. The bathroom is very nice. Could use a pull bar in the tub area

Stayed for exactly 2 weeks. Very friendly hosts who left me to my own devices unless I asked for something, or directions. Wonderfully located a close drive from the Link Lihjt rail system, which I found convenient for getting around, especially downtown. I would definitely stay there again if the opportunity presents itself.

Very well situated garage conversion, which was tastefully done. The owners keep it very clean and have some nice touches with leaving eggs in the fridge and earplugs for excess noise. However, as well as they have done with the conversion, it does not take away from the fact that the sleeping area mezzanine is very ergonomically challenging (and that is from someone who is short) and there was a pervasive smell of damp, likely due to the fact that the bed is basically a king sized sponge on the floor; perhaps even has a mold issue. Also, the sofa/bed is horribly uncomfortable, even to sit on, as are the plastic, broken dining table chairs. Plastic drinkware is understandable but just wrong. Could do with a slip mat in the shower as that's a bit dangerous. Nice neighbourhood, though.
