Modern 2-Story Midtown Loft + Covered Parking

Summary:

Ideal for couples, solo adventurers, or business travelers seeking a stylish base in the heart of Phoenix. This renovated 2-story retreat offers the privacy of a townhouse layout with a dedicated workspace and a secluded outdoor patio. Enjoy the luxury of covered parking and immediate access to the SR-51 freeway for easy commuting across the Valley.

The Space:

✨ Top Amenities

• Covered Carport Parking: Keep your car cool and clean in your dedicated covered spot (a huge plus in the Arizona sun).

• Two-Story Privacy: A true townhouse layout: entertain downstairs in the living/kitchen area, and retreat upstairs to your private bedroom sanctuary.

• Private Fenced Patio: A fully enclosed outdoor nook exclusive to your unit, perfect for morning coffee or evening unwinding.

🏠 Inside the Home

• The Main Floor (Living & Dining): Features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a cozy living area for streaming your favorite shows, and a dedicated laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.

• The Upstairs Suite (Bedroom & Bath): Head up the stairs to find a spacious bedroom featuring a King mattress rated incredible by past guests and room-darkening shades for deep sleep.

• The Bathroom: A full bathroom with a bathtub, stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and plush cotton towels.

• Tech & Work: Reliable Ethernet connection and a dedicated workspace make this a solid choice for remote professionals.

⚠️ Honest Expectations (Read Before Booking)

• Must Climb Stairs: This is a 2-story unit. The bedroom and bathroom are located on the second floor, accessible only by a staircase. This space is not suitable for guests with mobility restrictions.

• Shared Wall: You share one wall (the kitchen wall) with the main house. While the layout offers great privacy, you may occasionally hear muffled sounds from the neighbors.

• Urban Location: We are located near the SR-51 Highway. While this makes travel incredibly fast (10 mins to the airport!), sensitive sleepers should be aware of city/traffic ambient noise.

Guest Access:

• Arrival: 100% contactless self-check-in via a secure keypad.

• Parking: You have a dedicated space in the Carport. Please pull into the driveway and park under the shelter.

• The Entrance: Follow the path from the carport to the White Front Door (Do not go to the Blue door; that is the main house).

The Neighborhood:

Located in the heart of Midtown Phoenix (Zip 85014), you are in a local's favorite pocket of the city. We are situated in a residential area that bridges the gap between the historic charm of Country Club Park and the culinary hotspot of 16th Street. You are minutes away from Steele Indian School Park (great for walks) and the trendy restaurants and coffee shops along 7th Street.

Getting Around:

This location is a commuter’s dream.
