Could not be better, absolutely lovely, quaint, super clean and very fresh linens.

We enjoyed staying at this beautiful apartment. Our host, Nichole was very helpful with information on the surrounding area including best beaches and restaurants.

Perfect spot for a couple! Host was so accommodating and place was nice and clean. The photos are very accurate! The only thing I’ll note is that the walk to town/the water is along the train tracks and farther than it looks because you have to walk down to the intersection to cross the tracks - but we knew this going into it! Highly recommend coffee coffee for coffee and breakfast snacks.

Beautiful location tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac within walking distance to the beach. We were visiting for a soccer tournament, and this place was spotless and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The bathroom toiletries and stylish decor were thoughtful touches, and Nichole was extremely responsive. Highly recommend!

This was a beautiful space and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The home was clean, well equipped, and felt welcoming right away. The location was perfect, close to multiple beaches and so many great areas to explore around Leucadia. I loved how easy it was to get around while still having a peaceful place to come back to. I truly loved my stay here and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Great stay. The property is exactly what you want in Leucadia, quiet, relaxed, and close to everything. The space is clean, comfortable, and well-kept, with plenty of room to unwind. The outdoor areas and greenery give the place a true “tree house” feel, and the hosts were responsive and easy to work with. Location is ideal: a short walk to the beach, coffee, and restaurants. Parking and check-in are stress-free.Overall, an easy, enjoyable stay and a great base for a beach weekend in Leucadia.

Nichole was a great host and let me know just what I needed to know. The place was clean, well furnished and very comfortable. I met my 20-something son here while I was in town since he can't make it home for Thanksgiving, so we had our own mini Thanksgiving and enjoyed just chilling and watching some football. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. It is also a very soothing atmosphere with a comfortable bed.

Love how close we were to all our fave Encinitas restaurants, etc. Would love for the bathroom to have room for curling iron, makeup on the counter.

So fun!! The house is adorable, clean, and has everything you need for a lovely stay. Nichole is easy to get a hold of and made sure we were comfortable. There’s driveway parking for one car and the house is close to Moonlight Beach and a number of lovely diners and coffee shops. 10/10 would stay here again.

I was in Leucadia on business and to visit family and friends. It was perfect for my needs: quiet, clean and comfortable. And close to popular restaurants on the 101. This is a cozy place to stay. We came for the weekend. Nichole has thought of all the little things you might need and incorporates thoughtful touches like having welcome snacks and stocking the fridge with an assortment of cold drinks. She even prechills mugs for you in the freezer. What a phenomenal hostess! We would happily come back. Thank you!

My husband and I needed a quick place to stay for one nigh in between locations and this was simply perfect. Located in a quiet neighborhood yet close to main street and its many restaurants and some beaches. Kind hosts and the place was very clean and cozy yet spacious and came with all the essentials. Highly recommend staying here!

This is a wonderful property that is conveniently located for your Encinitas stay. This gem is already in my favorites and will seek it out the next time I’m staying in the area. The hosts are lovely people who are quick to respond.

This property was in a fantastic location, very close to all the great surf spots Encinitas has to offer. This was also one of the most well stocked rentals I have stayed in. All the pots and pans were in great condition. This house had many things that hosts typically don’t provide such as ziplock bags, tin foil, parchment paper, etc. Everything was very clean. I appreciated that the hosts provided driveway parking. I was very pleased with my stay.

The apartment was clean, nicely decorated and had a very comfortable bed. Close to everything.Nicole was very friendly and hospitable. She even left us some snacks and cold drinks. All in all it was a perfect week. We would definitely return.

Really clean, well kept property in a great part of town. Had everything we needed and more - plenty of space for a couple of people to spread out. The whole apartment felt brand new and private for how close to town it was. Highly, highly recommend!!Just a heads up, because of the train tracks, driving into town is easiest, but it wasn’t an issue for us at all and parking at the house is no problem. The quiet, peaceful vibe of the neighborhood more than makes up for the short (2min) trip to town.

The Tree House is in a great, quiet location in Encinitas. It is close to the beach, restaurants and downtown. The property is very clean and comfortable. This was our 2nd stay. We have family in the area and will definitely stay here again! Nicole is very responsive.

We’ve stayed at several VRBO’s, and this was the best! It was modern, clean, great setup. It was a close drive to many restaurants and beaches. We really enjoyed our two nights!

This was the perfect getaway for my fiancé and I in Encinitas. The location is great, so close to many restaurants, the beach, wineries, etc. And the room is extremely great quality, cozy and comfortable bedroom, living space and kitchen that is well stocked. The windows show incredible views too! You won’t regret booking this spot.
