Jardin, Luxury Accommodation at Caracol Estates

The place was charming and in a great location. Yes there is a steep incline/decline if you are walking but to me that made it even better. Everything was clean and there is a relaxing feel about the place with the ability to open the folding doors to let the air in and enjoy the beautiful view. I have stayed in different locations but found this to be quieter than most. Don't think that means quiet because that is not Mexico, the roosters never know what time it is and music is always playing. It was pleasant and we have been talking about coming back to the same place. It is a wonderful find.

The was perfect for my husband and I the view was FABULOUS and we loved that the doors opened up to bring the outside in. It was private, very clean, and the bed was comfortable (which is not always the case). The property is very well maintained, the landscaping, the pool and all the people working on the property are very helpful and friendly. It is gated and very safe for anyone who might be hesitant to stay on the hill. A golf cart is a good investment. We would definitely stay there again. JoAnn the host was prompt with all communication and check in and out was a breeze.

Loved staying at the casita! Joann was responsive, the place was beautiful and has everything we needed. Would just mention again it’s a small workout to get up there.

We had a great stay at Casa Caracol! Casita Jardin, the pool area, the gardens are all gorgeous. Jo-Ann and the staff were amazing. Highly recommended.

The photos don't do the place justice! The grounds are well-kempt and beautiful, the airy feel of the front room & kitchen area with all the window doors is awesome, the gigantic balcony/patio with that view is incredible, but the pool area with the lovely cabana has THE best view! The property is about a 5-minute walk up a fairly steep hill, which is not fun in the midday Mexico sun, but the reward is the view and privacy of this place! And, it is close enough to the ocean that you can hear the waves (when the nightclubs aren't blaring music!). JoAnn was prompt and pleasant via VRBO, and I will definitely be back ASAP!!

Great spot. The view is beautiful from here. The gardens on the property were lovely to town thru an the pool relaxing with a lovely gazebo to escape the sun. Clean and a sweet little hideaway

Casita Jardin is close to town, yet quiet enough that no earplugs are required. And what a view! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. JoAnn was a gracious hostess and it was a treat to spend time with the incredibly sweet resident doggy, Lucky.

We enjoyed our time here. The pool area and raised seating area are gorgeous. Appreciated having our bedding changed every three days. The maid service is exemplary and includes towel art. You get your steps in if you elect to walk into town.
