Much better then staying at a hotel.

The vrbo was spotless. It had all the amenities we needed. Really liked the king size bed. Had a pleasant conversation with Rudy, the host. We plan to return in the future.

We loved our suite! It was clean and located a few minutes Uber from everywhere we wanted to go. Bed was comfortable and the big bathroom with double sinks allowed hubby and me to get ready at the same time. We appreciated the little extras like KCups, filtered water and snacks too!

This is the perfect little cozy nook for 2. The host is nice. They live right next door. There is no staff but if you need something let them know thru the app or just text them. This is a private home. They're renting part of their house next door. Its clean, cute and just enough. Microwave, refrigerator and coffee machine is available. There are welcome snacks when you get there. They're located on one of the main streets. There is public transportation, local convenience stores and restaurants that you can walk to. You're about maybe 2 to 3 minutes from downtown. There's a beautiful view of the city when you come up the hill. Next to just about anything you could possibly want to do as far as dinning. It's like a little New Orleans downtown when they're having festivities. Would suggest Ubering and Lift to downtown area's. I parked at 1 of the parking facilities downtown to go to dinner at Old Red (Blake Shelton) restaurant, we were there about maybe 2 hours costed about $23. I would also recommend Old Red the food is wonderful the music is great the atmosphere is very welcoming. The ribs, meatloaf and potato salad are on point. My sister and myself really enjoyed ourselves. We drove to the Jack Daniel distillery that was a lot of fun. Made our way over to the Kentucky casino I won $302. Shopping is fabulous found about 3 TJ Maxx our favorite spot:) There is so much to choose from just depending on what you like to do. Enjoy

Room was clean and nice. Bed was super comfortable. It was also easy to lyft to downtown which was a 10 minute ride or so. I would also say go to Sobro and the Gulch area for off broadway fun. Also recommend doing a Dable food and Brew tour. You will find a lot of places to visit during your stay. If we needed more coffee or anything else, they were super fast to respond. We recommend this place and would stay again.

This property was in a very nice area of East Nashville. It was near a few walkable restaurants and well as Shelby park. The unit was very private and we loved exploring the neighborhood with its unique homes of all varieties! Would definitely recommend a stay here!

This is a lovely renovated suite in a house by Shelby Park. The location is quiet but ideal for fun downtown. Rudy was so helpful and responded quickly to all my questions. I would stay there again.

Perfectly located for a quiet solo trip! The space was more than enough, bed was comfy and the check-in/out process was super easy! Hosts were amazing and communicative! Super cute and had a blast!!

The space was clean and comfortable. This is a great quiet neighbor to stay. We used lift to get to the main attractions and the rides were affordable. We walked to a few cool spots in East Nashville Dinner at Lackland was fantastic

Super cute house in the historic neighborhood, Lockeland Springs, just east of Nashville. Quick and easy drive downtown. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. This is a room in someone’s house but it is closed off from the rest of the house and has a private entrance. Definitely recommend and would stay here again.

The bed is comfy, shower is nice, lots of space in the bathroom. All very clean. The snacks and bottles of water were appreciated. Also, very glad to discover a hair dryer in one of the bathroom drawers since I forgot mine. Great little place to stay!

We attended a conference at the Gaylord in Nashville. The Shelby suite was perfect for us. We enjoyed walking in the park just up the road. And several great restaurants in walking distance. It was clean and the snacks, coffee made us feel at home.

The house is cute, in a quiet neighborhood. Easy to park out front, easy to find. Excellent breakfast options nearby and quick, easy access to downtown. The bed was comfy, breakfast nook had everything we needed plus a few drinks and snacks (thanks y'all!). Bathroom was spacious. Would stay again.

This property was very well kept and perfect for my husband and my weekend getaway. It was close to all the trendy spots in East Nashville and a short drive to just about anything you would want to do. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Communication with both Rudy and Meredith was top notch, we really appreciated the hospitality. Will definitely keep this stay in mind for our next Nashville visit.

This place was a wonderful quiet place to stay for our first time in Nashville! It was exactly as shown and all the awesome reviews lived up to what the other guests had said. We were able to take a 15 minute drive to the Grand Ole Opry and see the building and grounds so it would be a convenient place to stay for a concert. Less than 10 minutes to Downtown. After touring it a bit and noting the crowds we elected to go to hear music nearby! We found Jane's Hideaway, where there was Bluegrass music Friday and a more country/Bluegrass band Saturday! Food was fabulous and only 1.2 miles away! Never saw Rudy or Meredith in person but all communication was great and the place is beautiful. With its private entrance it was all your own with no problems getting a parking space out front. Tennis and Pickleball could be played at the park but it rained a bit so we missed out. Also you might need your own Pickleball net?? All in all we wish we had had more time to take advantage of all that this place have to offer!

Adorable one bedroom/bath/dressing room was perfect for our trip to Nashville!

This was the perfect place to say. Comfortable and clean. They even left us coffee and snacks. Less than a block from a beautiful park with pickleball courts and a nice walking path that goes around a small lake. Quiet neighborhood. Owners very friendly and responsive. I highly recommend for relaxing time after a busy day!

My husband and I just needed a little place to stay for one night in Nashville and it was the perfect little spot for us. It's a very short walk to a pretty nice Park area and a short drive to anything else or anywhere else you would want to go.

We enjoyed our stay. Close to downtown and the Nissan Stadium. We loved the area. Many places to eat and hang out. Downtown was awesome with many great bands. Loved our stay we will stay with you again when we are in the area.

Rudy and Meredith were excellent hosts! Communication was outstanding! We loved our quaint living quarters, and the neighborhood was quiet and welcoming. Nearby Shelby Park was perfect for my husband and I to get our daily walk in without fear of traffic. We enjoyed our Nashville vacation very much!

My mom and I stayed at this property and it was the perfect location- less than 10 minutes from Broadway and in a quiet neighborhood. It was the perfect amount of space for us and very clean and cozy. We would definitely stay here again!

Had a wonderful time by the park. House is in a great neighborhood. Fun place to eat and a park that is easy to walk to. Even played pickleball at the park just by walking up on a lark. The suite had everything we needed and easy to access. Comfortable and quiet.

This was perfect for our weekend stay as we were in town for a wedding! 10 mins from the downtown area, the space was very clean and just like the photos.

Cannot express enough words to explain how nice this place is. The perfect size and layout for my partner and I. King size bed. Very tidy and neat. They organized the room, eat-in, closet area, and bathroom very well. Great communication between the host and ourselves. Great and simple instructions on check-in/out. I would definiately stay here again! It’s also very close (5 minutes drive from stadium where you can part for free on non-game nights) and walk across the pedestrian bridge to broadway.

I would have loved staying in this adorable and comfortable accommodation much longer! Clean, fresh, plenty of nice touches to make me feel welcome-it was great! I feel badly I was never able to connect with my host but didn’t really need anything so no problems. If you are a single or couple wanting a comfortable get away an easy ride into Nashville (and only need a “kitchenette”), this will work for you!

We absolutely loved this property. Great location from the city in a cute quiet neighborhood. Ubers were 5-7 minutes and lots of on street parking available. We ate out for every meal so we didn't need cooking space, so if that's your plan than this place is perfect for you. The hosts were super easy to contact and so sweet. Super clean and comfortable. Definitely would stay here again!

Great location next to park and various places within Nashville. Lovely furnishings and many things provided like Shampoo and various coffees, great dishes and silverware.

The owner has thought of everything. The bed first off was an amazing comfort. All needs met . Has snacks and drinks for arrival. Bathroom amenities all provided. Other owners need to take notes. Very clean.
