Cozy Northwoods Cabin - Private Lake, Sauna, dog friendly!

Cozy and relaxing!

Absolutely loved the showers! Great water pressure and stayed hot the whole time. The cabin was cozy, clean, and between the stove and the sauna, we were never cold. Truly a perfect winter respite. We spent our time reading on the numerous comfy furniture pieces, cooking delicious food, and warming ourselves while looking out at the snow. The views of the trees and lake beyond were serene in the mid-January snowy quiet and nearby walking trails were well marked. This was a perfect spot to relax - the cabin had every amenity we needed and all item locations/directions were well labeled and easy to use.

A lovely space with great amenities. We enjoyed hiking in the woods and exploring Spooner. The hosts were responsive and helpful without being intrusive. Would definitely recommend this rental. Be aware that the stairs to the unit are steep. This is disclosed in the listing and should be taken into consideration especially if you have small children or mobility restrictions.

My wife and I both work and have grown kids that weren’t around for the holidays. We decided we needed a quiet getaway to relax, hangout, and just enjoy reach other’s company. This cabin fit the bill perfectly. Great spot in the north woods of Wisconsin.

Rental is as described, clean, beautiful, comfortable. Home is set back a bit in the woods on a private driveway which in my opinion is ideal for privacy and overall tranquility and enjoyment. Private lake with a row boat. Lake has bass and bluegill in it. We stayed when the fall leaves were changing and it was a site to remember. Owners are kind and communicative. We will definitely be booking again.

Always a good reset from reality - we love it here!

This is the second time we stayed at this cabin. We have always enjoyed the beauty of this location. The setting is quite and peaceful. We enjoyed the great fishing, and use of the aluminium boat with the electric motor. We plan to return in the future. The host was always available if we had questions or for any problems that we might have, which we had none. Thanks for the great stay.

We've lost track of how many years we have stayed at this property. Each years are new memories made. We had wonderful weather and a fun and relaxing time. The lake is wonderful for kayaking and fishing. Spending time in nature is refreshing and the time went too fast. We look forward to more vacations here!

Absolutely a dream come true experience! Private lake, clear water, perfect fishing, glorious swimming, singing loons, beautiful home, comfortable beds, wonderful hosts!! Definately a repeat performance place to go in our book!;) PS The loons serenading us on the lake was the best!

Once again, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. From the birds, the deer, the bears, and the fishing, it was fabulous.

Really lovely property next to a lovely lake. Property owner was really responsive whenever there was any issue, the kitchen was great to cook in, and the beds were really comfortable. We canoed around the lake, and it was a great way to finish up a great day. The rest of the area has a couple of cute towns, nice restaurants, and it's a fun, relaxing weekend.
