Cozy Guesthouse Nestled in Nature

Great location on John's island. 10 min from park, 20 min to kiawah folly and Charleston proper. Great communication. There is little cell service (a good thing tbh!) but they have reliable wifi. When it went down once and I needed to send work files asap, Sam reset the router and had wifi back within the hour. I would ? recommend this place and hope to stay again ❤️

Very private in a rural low country setting. Newly renovated and nicely furnished. A little bit of a drive to restaurants but not too bad. About 30 minutes to Folly Beach or Park Circle.

This space was beautiful, well-built, clean, private, and comfortable. Sam was easy to get in touch with and followed up appropriately to ensure we were well taken care of. We had fun exploring Johns Island's Angel Oak, Deep Water Vineyards, Low Tide Brewing, and Island Provisions and Snow Monkeys for excellent dining. This area has even more we'd like to check out if we find ourselves back here, and we'd definitely stay in this rental when we do.

The unit was very well appointed and had all we needed for our stay. Much of our visit included dining out so the lack of a full kitchen was never an issue. Many good recommendations made by the hosts in their guestbook. Secluded and quiet yet in the heart of all our points of interest. Great communication from the host! We didn't experience any issues needing attention but I'm sure if we had, they would have been addressed in a timely manner. Great place! Highly recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming and cozy guesthouse! It was the perfect peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of Charleston. The space was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed to feel right at home. We also really appreciated the host’s local dining recommendations — every spot we tried from the list was absolutely delicious. A lovely, relaxing experience all around!

My husband and I stayed here for two nights and loved it. The cozy guesthouse is beautiful and was perfect for us. The place was very clean and had eveything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a gorgeous property nestled very close to Hart Meadows Ranch, a wedding venue. This worked perfectly for our little getaway and we loved getting to pet the nice dog. They also had a book on the constitution that I got to read and ordered one for myself! We also went on a boat ride to Morris Island Lighthouse while we were there and I definitely recommend this property to anyone around or near Johns Island.

Perfect location for our needs. Clean and nicely decorated, this home was perfect for our time in James Island.

The guesthouse was well-appointed. The bed was comfortable and the host was communicative. I'd be glad to recommend to anyome staying in the area. Note:There is a winery experience mentioned on the guest review form on VRBO but we did not encounter that.

We loved our little get away. Everything was perfect. The apartment was super cute and Sam was excellent at communicating.

This was the perfect place to stay for our recent trip to Charleston. We were visiting our son and daughter in law to meet our newest grandson! This cottage was only 3 miles from their house and a much better location than trying to drive back and forth from the downtown hotels. Saved us so much time! Very cozy digs, almost a tree house feel! We didn't need a kitchen so didn't miss that. Very comfy large bed and a perfect place for 2 people. Very clean. Don't let the location scare you, it was actually quite easy to find. We will definitely be back! Thanks Sam!

Very private and quiet space, nicely equipped and exactly as advertised. I stayed 3 days and had zero issues or problems, but host was easy to reach. l would not hesitate to stay here again! The only other comment I would make is that Google/Apple maps is a bit off - you have to drive just a bit farther down the road and turn right into the driveway, just past the little white church.

What a wonderful spot this property is! So tastefully decorated, impeccably clean and cozy. It is conveniently located between Charleston and Kiawah if you want to experience both. Sam is a wonderful host and responds very quickly. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!
