Cozy Cottage with Private Deck - Walk to Short Sands Beach

The cottage was absolutely adorable. Cozy clean, quiet. Great yard deck and fire pit for our outdoor activities. Safe location and incredibly convenient and quick walk downtown and the short hands beach. Easy to get into. Great instructions. One of my favorite rentals thus far. We will be back for sure!

The property was perfect! Clean, quiet, cozy. Great yard, close to town and beach. Everything was great! Only thing was there were no trash bags and the tv was difficult. I would like to see them switch to steaming services. The water pressure is awesome. Everything was very clean and stocked. beds and couch are super comfortable. Fire pit and declare awesome !We will be back!!

Quiet, private, cozy and comfortable! Located only a few mins walk into the town of york and to short sands beach. We can't wait to book again for next year!

We took our two toddlers with us on a family vacation for a few days to York Beach. The area was very quiet and overall pretty private. Great location as it was just a minute or two drive to the beach, could definitely be walking distance. My only issue was the overgrown rose bushes in the front and the screen door latch wasn’t clicking properly so that was a bit of an issue with toddlers. Other than that it was a great stay and hope to stay again sometime!

Absolutely adorable little house and property. Private deck surrounded by beautiful rose bushes just starting to bloom. The house is incredibly clean and super comfy! Already looking forward to booking for next trip to Maine!

We had a great time in York at the Cozy Cottage, just wish we could have stayed longer!

Would be willing to give the company another chance as mistakes happen. Just be sure you know the house is properly checked before you arrive.

We came up for UNH homecoming with our two German Shepherds. The property was spacious, clean, and well stocked with all of the essentials for a comfortable stay. We had a small issue with the shower draining but the property manager responded promptly to the concern. The location is absolutely perfect as it is right down the street from Long and Short Sands beach but far enough off of the main strip to avoid traffic. Access to route 1 and 95 makes this property a perfect jumping off point to get out and enjoy the area. Portsmouth is 15, Ogunquit 10, and Durham 25 minutes!

This home we very clean and had everything one could need in the kitchen. The beds were most comfortable and the grill nice and clean. It was lovely to be able to walk the short walk to York Beach.

We truly enjoyed staying here and the place was decorated and the furniture was comfortable. Had a problem with finding a spot to plug in the CPAP machines and cell phones.

We enjoyed our stay. The cottage is comfortable and clean. Vacasa was great to interact with. Quick responses to enquires.

This was the perfect home in the perfect location for our first vacation with our 9 month old daughter and the best part was we could bring our pup too (he usually gets left out) thanks so much highly recommend this stay!

This cabin was close to town, convenient and clean. The yard, patio, and gas grill were extra perks. I’d stay here again.

Place was clean. Didn’t like being next to the road of the camping site Ad says sleeps 6. I find that hard to believe. Beds were so small my husband and I had to sleep in separate beds. Very uncomfortable beds. Other than that nice place.
