Stayed Dec 2, 2025Cottage was clean and well provided for our needs and check in was good, but unfortunately the former tenants didn't clean up after their pet or pets in the very small yard. We had to clean up before we could let our small dogs in the yard. The bathtub could use a safety mat too. It was near Mayo which was a plus.

Stayed Jun 15, 2024The unit was a cozy stay just a few blocks away from Jax Beach, and all the restaurants/nightlife spots in the area. My girlfriend and I brought our fur baby, and we all stayed comfortably for the weekend!
