Clean, Private Guesthouse-9 min. to Downtown Charleston, 15 min. to FollyBeach!

Very nice space for me and my girlfriend. This was our first VRBO and we had an amazing experience. The host had great communication with us and the location of the house was 10 minutes from downtown. It doesn’t feel like it with all the scenery. Great booking!

This guest house was perfect for me, my husband, and our two children. It was very quiet and extremely clean. I am a clean freak when it come to bed pillows and sheets, and everything was spotless. Sarah, the host is very responsive and accessible. It couldn't have been more perfect. Thank you for helping us make so many good memories.

We stayed for 1 week from May 20 - May 27th. The home was very clean and well maintained. Allow it is located on a busy street, it’s so quiet and there’s no road noise. The location was perfect. It’s located on an easy on and off street with great restaurants close by. The back yard was a relaxing place to retreat after a busy day exploring the city of Charleston. We would definitely stay again.

Host was super friendly and very easy to communicate with. Had all the necessities we needed. I would definitely stay here again. For those that commented about the busy street, please note it really was very quiet. There is no need to worry. We slept very well.

This place is great! Very close to everything we wanted to do and the host left us a great list of recommendations. I found myself looking back at her list often. It was so good, I even asked to stay another night haha. Not only did we have a great experience but I truly feel like we got our moneys worth. The house is on a busy street and the host makes that very clear but I had no problem sleeping.

Perfect spot for my 5 year old and I to do a little exploring! The guesthouse was very clean and had everything we needed for a weekend getaway!

Clean houses and enjoyed the stay

This was, by far, the. Most comfortable and welcoming place I have ever stayed. There was everything you could possibly need in the house, Ana a few fun extra snacks and such. It was clean and beautiful and the bed was super comfortable. We will stay here again!

We loved this stay, the location was perfect as it was 5 minutes away from our Son's house. The property was very clean and very accommodating. We would recommend this property to anyone coming to Charleston. Short drive to downtown and Folly Beach, one of our favorite places to visit.

We stopped for two nights in Charleston and booked this cute cottage. The owner, Sarah was extremely helpful before check-in and during our stay. A very nice extra were farm fresh eggs available for our enjoyment. They were delicious! The proximity to Charleston city center was close, but not within walking distance. The property is on a busy road. If mild road noise doesn't bother you then you wouldn't notice.

My friend and I had an amazing stay at this property! Sarah was very communicative and nice and made sure our stay was perfect! The hot tub was amazing and so were the fresh eggs from the chickens! Highly recommend staying here to see all that Charleston has to offer!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. This property was just as described in the listing. The location was perfect for those who don’t want to stay in the city itself. The rental was clean, nicely appointed, and some fun treats and surprises were left for us to enjoy...even some fresh eggs from the property hens. The rental was near restaurants, excursions, and just a short drive to the city. We enjoyed a day at The Magnolia Plantation, a boat ride over to Fort Sumter(I got to help raise the flag for the day), City Market, two separate carriage rides(historical and ghost), and enjoyed many great meals. The hosts were very nice and easily contacted if needed. You won't be disappointed with this great rental.

My son and I had a great stay! It is perfectly located in close proximity to downtown Charleston! We were able to walk to a nearby grocery store as well as an excellent local restaurant for a delicious dinner! The house was so clean and nicely decorated! The bed was super comfortable too! A definite plus! Our family will definitely stay here again!

We had a great experience staying here. Sarah is a host who will go above and beyond to help - and she was always quick to respond. The location was perfect! Most activities were 10-15 min away. We stayed here with our 4 year old, and we had plenty of space. Access to the neat backyard was also very much appreciated. Would highly recommend staying here!
