Charleston Guest House- Easy parking! Quiet, safe neighborhood! Close to Dwntn!

Comfortable. Quiet. Loft upstaies has 2 full-sized beds & 2 twin beds. Though the cottage does not have an iven; you won’t need one. They have a toaster oven, hot plate w pots & pans. And a BBQ grill. Though not in the historic part of Charleston; it’s a quick trip over the bridge. And near Folly beach. Super attentive hosts.

This cottage was perfect for our crew. Great location, super clean, host communicated fast about everything. We had enough room to spread out a little compared to a hotel. They allowed parking, provided beach chairs and towels, and you could walk to a little sandwich and ice cream shop. I will definitely stay here again if back in Charleston.

There was so much that was great about this place. The location was perfect - right between downtown and Folly beach, but tucked away and quiet. The house itself is lovely - clean, open and airy with everything we needed. The host was friendly and responsive (they live on the property). We’d absolutely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The description of the cottage was spot on. Brooke was fantastic to work with. From when we booked the cottage until we left, the entire experience was so easy. The cottage was clean and ready to go, everything you could need was provided, and all of our questions were addressed quickly. Brooke had a ton of suggestions for what to do and where to eat in the area. I can’t recommend this location enough!

This place is a hidden treasure. Everything was clean and adorable. The owner’s attention to detail was very evident. Everything you need is there. Plenty of room for children to sleep in adorable bunk beds. Highly recommend!

This was our favorite place to stay on our two-week road trip. So comfortable, clean. And just an overall great space.

Our parking was better than the owner. It's a quaint little cottage. Biggest drawback is no proper kitchen.

Amazing property and great area!

Cute cottage!

We were in town officiating a wedding on folly beach and the location of this property was a perfect home base. We could easily get on major roads to get to wedding location but also hop across town to go to Sullivan's island where my wife grew up going to the beach. The place was incredibly clean and it was obvious that the hosts take great pride in the property. Very thankful we spotted the listing and we went with it.

The property was absolutely gorgeous. Our 15 year old son and 9 year daughter loved it. Perfect communication skills. We had a wonderful time.

We absolutely loved our stay! The cottage was beautiful and perfect for our girls weekend and would be the perfect place for a family getaway. We were all very comfortable. Loved how close it is to king street and the city market as well.

The property manager was incredibly responsive. She sent us information on local restaurants and places to visit. The property was clean and was very accurately represented in the photos. It was perfect for our family reunion of 4 adults. It was a longer walk than we anticipated to get to restaurants so we needed to drive in many cases. We used the driveway and shared the back yard with the owners which was not an issue but for those who want to be totally apart from the owner, this may be a consideration. However, the owners did not come out when we were using the beautiful yard and gave us privacy.It was a lovely neighborhood and the cost was reasonable. Downtown Charleston was cost prohibitive and this property was close enough to easily visit the beach, downtown Charlestown, and other attractions. This is a quiet and clean place to enjoy and explore the Charleston area which I highly recommend.

The cottage is located a mile and a half outside downtown in a lovely neighborhood. It is very convenient to reach of the sites. It’s about 15 minutes to Folly Beach.Everything in the cottage was extremely clean, neat and modern. The host provided snacks, beverages, and all amenities that you would need.This is a perfect location for a family as the loft provides most of the beds and is an open space. The downstairs bedroom is private.We highly recommend this property!The only caveat is we were not aware that there is no stove or oven. There is a dishwasher, refrigerator, Keurig, toaster oven and there is a hot plate provided.Do not hesitate to book this property.

My husband and I recently took our first trip as a family of three with our 1-year-old daughter! We had an amazing time sightseeing, taking her to the beach for the first time, enjoying delicious food, visiting the aquarium, and exploring Cypress Gardens.Our VRBO was in the perfect location—close to all the attractions we wanted to visit. It made it so convenient to head back for naps or just relax when needed. We truly appreciated the comfortable accommodations and the quiet, safe neighborhood. It was the ideal spot for a memorable family vacation!

We enjoyed the cottage so much! Everything was so well thought out and all the details were just perfect. Our teenage and tween daughters loved the bunk beds, and it was so nice for everyone to have their own space in-between activities. The kitchen area was just enough so we could grab a quick breakfast or lunch. It was also centrally located to all the different areas of Charleston. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and we were able to walk to both icecream and pizza as a reprieve from battling the traffic. We would highly recommend.

If I could give this more than 5 stars, I would! There was not one thing missing! It was clean. The bedding was fresh. The moment you walk in the door you feel welcomed, like home away from home. There are plenty of amenities - the kitchen had all of the basics. There were even little extras in case something got forgotten at home. It’s located in a perfect location with easy access to anything in Charleston, yet is in a quiet neighbor, a welcome respite from the crowdedness and busyness of Charleston. Top that off with Brooke’s hospitality and you will want to come back again soon!

Beautiful cottage behind a home in a residential neighborhood. 10 to 30 minutes to beaches and great restaurants in the old town area. We were able to spend time at Folly Beach, to Sullivans Island, and Isle of Palms. Just 10 minutes from Charleston‘s old town. We highly recommend this place.

Property was in a lovely neighborhood, conveniently located near restaurants and grocery stores and only 10 minutes to Charleston Market area. The place was spotless and stocked with all of the essentials. The size was perfect for four of us although it can sleep several more. Cooking is limited due to the lack of a stove but Charleston has plenty of wonderful restaurants.

Beautifully appointed cottage just a 10 min drive into the heart of Charleston. We thought we would Uber in each day, but it is remarkably easy and inexpensive to park in downtown Charleston in one of the many available parking garages. The cottage is also within walking distance to the cute town of Avondale where there are also many great restaurants. Would highly recommend to anyone coming to explore Charleston!

headed up to Charleston for a quick fall weekend with my 14-year-old son and his best friend. This cottage was perfect for us. Bunks upstairs are spacious and fun. Decor was cute And the place was spotless. Zero complaints and would stay again without hesitation!
