Stayed Jan 6, 2025It was cold in Monterrey while I was there and the common areas of the property have no heat. It was very uncomfortable to be outside my room. I had to ask the maid to change the sheets my first day there because there was what looked like a tick on one of the pillows. The maid was there everyday
