Stayed Dec 31, 1969Iouri and his beautiful family received me and 3 friends to his fantastic house. Everything was impeccably clean, they were very attentive hosts available for any questions or help we might need, even offered us great coffee and to share their own food without hesitation, the size of the house allows for guests and hosts to co-habitate with each other, having complete privacy and autonomy just running into each other in the kitchen to share a laugh or some tips. The pool and sauna are in a large area, separate from the house accessible via a nice path in their garden, this pool area is surrounded by trees, giving you a sense of having complete privacy in the middle of nature. Iouri himself has built a pool house which has its own kitchenette, shower, bathroom and sauna, all the conforts to stay outside all day. We really enjoyed this area, it felt like a private little resort we shared for some days. The sauna is an optional extra cost which is not surprising once you see the care that goes into it. it is a fire heated sauna that Iouri can prepare for you ( or teach you how to do it), he included towels, essential oils, bluetooth speakers, and even a open flame grill which we used everyday. we were really pampered in our stay. the surrounding area is fantastic for bike rides, to discover small medieval towns including Provins - part of Unesco world heritage list- . I highly recommend it for anyone looking to spend a weekend or longer looking to relax, breath fresh air and visit charming towns.
