Access to garage to park vehicles or motorcycles. Right by the fairgrounds and a few minutes to Main Street. This is located on 3 acres. Beautiful views. Available year round!! Sleeps 4 (futon and hide-a-bed from couch! You will love this place!

Stayed Aug 3, 2025Convenience to downtown was nice. Owner was on site met all of our needs. Gravel driveway but was packed down and did not cause any issues on motorcycle.

Stayed Aug 10, 2021My father and I stayed for the last week of Sturgis. Rob and Robin were excellent hosts and treated us like family. The atmosphere at their place was one of the best experiences of Sturgis. The distance from their house to downtown was short and provided excellent quick trips for events. If you are looking for somewhere to stay in Sturgis this property should be your number one pick.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969An overall great place to stay while in Sturgis, or anywhere in the Black Hills. Easy access to interstate, and walk-able to downtown Sturgis. The place was very comfortable, and had everything we needed and more. Rob and Robin were fantastic hosts and went above and beyond. Would definitely recommend!

Stayed Aug 7, 2019Nice guest quarters with garage space for your motorcycles. Owners were great! Very friendly and accommodating. Close to downtown but feel like your in the country. I would stay here again.
