Stayed Oct 18, 2025Nice place, other houses nearby (not evident in the photo). Manager/host was next door and prompt with helping with questions/requests. Fairly quiet at night. We did not try hot tub. We enjoyed our stay, and this place was not far from downtown.

Stayed Jun 18, 2025Property has a great location that makes it easy to reach all around Santa Fe area.We met owner and mentioned a couple of small items which weren’t working but did NOT spoil our visit.Did not try hot tub as it too far away and it was also hot weather!!A shade sail over the patio would be a great addition!!Overall, very nice stay.

Stayed May 19, 2025My wife and I spent a week in the guest house for our honeymoon. While we enjoyed the centralized location the property offered and the beautiful scenery surrounding the house, there were a few issues with the property itself that made our stay less ideal. Firstly, note that the hot tub is advertised as private for the guest house, but this is not necessarily the case...Its actually situated behind the main house, with a path leading directly to it from the driveway. (There is no direct path from the hot tub to the guest house).This seems to cause confusion when other guests are staying on the property as it was in use when we arrived initially. (Note if you're seeking a 100% private getaway, the main house is rented out into 4 sections so this may not be ideal.) Because of this and the lack of cleanliness in the hot tub itself, we ultimately decided to only use it once.Also, since we were staying a week, we wanted to do a load of laundry. Unfortunately, the washer/dryer combo seems to no longer be working as we were left with wet clothes and a washer that doesn't spin.Lastly, we were disappointed to discover that many of the towels and some of the throw pillows had lipstick or holes in them from prior guests. There were also numerous spiderwebs around the inside of the property indicating it had not been cleaned very thoroughly. While we enjoyed our stay, more effort could be put into the cleanliness of the property and the accuracy of the listing.

Stayed May 5, 2025Minor maintenance was needed on the property. (I.e Bathroom door jam loose) Towels and small robes were provided and both had holes in themholes in them.

Stayed Jan 18, 2025We really enjoyed our stay at the casita. The host was responsive and accommodating. We ended up extending our reservation. The ambiance of the place is very cozy. The fireplace was a delight and kept us toasty. The kitchen is stocked well enough. The shower is great. Loved the heated floors. One tiny annoyance is that the listing doesn’t state that the hot tub is shared with other rentals on the property. This ended up not being a problem because no one else bothered us. I also didn’t notice by the pictures that the shared hot tub is a little bit of a walk from the patio. Not normally something I would complain about but it was single digit temps out and that frigid walk made the hot tub Less cozy. Ha. But honestly a great experience and would absolutely stay here again.
