The sunny deck has beautiful ocean views with Motiti Island in the distance mixed with a lovely garden/tree outlook. Main living and 2 bedrooms are upstairs with a self-contained studio unit downstairs.

Stayed Oct 10, 2025Lovely 3 queen bedroom accommodation one back from Papamoa Beach. Upstairs is a comfortable 2 bedroom one bathroom apartment, with lounge and dining area. Downstairs is queen studio with ensuite.

Stayed Feb 10, 2025We walked the beach every day as it was only 10 steps to the beach.Oh and not to brag but ,we boogie boarded also even with the intense waves. The location was perfect.Kate was lovely friendly ,warm and receptive to any requests we had.The unit was immaculate.The King bed (2 twins made up into a king) was so very comfortable.The apartment was very bright with windows throughout.Some coffee,milk,chips and a bottle of wine, were such a bonus on our late evening arrival.I highly recommend this accomodation.And I would happily rebook this unit.Yolanta and Bill

Stayed Dec 11, 2024Lovely clean apartment, Kate was a great host - we really appreciated the welcome bottle of wine/L&P. Was perfect for us just having a few steps to the beach, and we also liked the good selection of eating places just a couple of minutes drive away.
