Very comfortable and well equipped house for our family with young kids and small dogs. We especially loved the hammock and easy access to Webster Lake. Host very responsive to questions.

The Farmhouse was a great place to gather with our adult children and use as a base to enjoy the Lakes region of NH. Check-in was easy. Paula was very responsive throughout our stay as well as ahead of time. Enjoyed the deck with the view of the lake, dock for lake access and nearby town beach. Also appreciated the generous snack basket that Paula left for us.

Lovely lake view from the porch and deck. The check in was easy and Megan, the manager is a jewel, as is the owner, Paula. The kitchen was in very good shape with all you could want. Thank you!

Our stay at Lake Farm House was absolutely awesome! It was the perfect getaway for our family of eight. The house was impeccably clean and incredibly comfortable, making it a welcoming retreat for all of us. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need—truly, it had it all! We also loved having plenty of towels and blankets available. One of the standout features was the amazing deck. We spent countless hours relaxing there, soaking in the stunning view of the lake. The sunroom was another fantastic spot for our family to hang out and enjoy the scenery. Even though the dock was up during our visit, my brother was able to pick us up in his pontoon boat using the landing area, which worked out perfectly. Additionally, the property manager and owner responded very quickly to our questions, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, my family and I would love to stay here again, and we highly recommend this property to other large families looking for an unforgettable getaway! Sue

We had a great experience with Paula and Kaitlyn. There was a slight issue where they both heard us and worked on fixing the situation. Communication was great and thorough. The location was also only 7 minutes from our worksite, so that was a major plus. Would definitely stay here again should we ever need to come back tot he area!

Our family was seeking a central location for a trip to New Hampshire to use as base camp for a number of day trips and visits to friends and family. The house was perfect. It was comfortable and accommodating. The hosts were very friendly and extremely responsive. They even left us a welcome basket of snacks, a nice note, and explicit instructions for lake access with pictures and directions. The first night we had a campfire with a view of the lake. The second evening, there was a little weather so we made great use of the three season porch. The house included everything we needed (including various paper products even though none were promised by the hosts). One of the days, our friends brought two kayaks over and we took advantage of the dock and lake access. The house interior was clean (including the refrigerator) with nice bedding, kitchen amenities, entertainment, furniture, etc. It is an old house and as such, there are aspects that you would expect such as older fixtures and creaky floors. If you’re looking for the Four Seasons, this is not the house for you. But if you’re looking for a cozy house with some character and accommodating hosts, this property fits the bill.

Let's start with a positive. Cute farmhouse. Then it started when I went to put the groceries away only to find a dirty refrigerator and freezer, and a kitchen that was well stocked, but completely disorganized, with pots and utensils thrown in several drawers and cabinets. I was given the impression by the description that the lake was just off of the house, well it wasn't. Needed to go down a pretty steep hill which wasn't easy for a family member. There is no way to find her lake access unless someone shows you. It's not marked and nobody to show us where her access was. We finally asked a neighbor, because again it wasn't marked, and it turns out to be a tight space with a 6x6 dock, very small, extremely disappointing, basically no lake access. There is only one trash bag for the home and a third of a roll of paper towels. When I told the owner about these things she turned it around on us. We are always suppose to bring our own trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper. We should have let her mgr come back and clean the refrigerator, but I had already done it. The window sills hadn't been cleaned in forever. Dead flies in the medicine cabinet, along with other things left from others. No trash can and no extra toilet paper in the bathroom. When I asked for a reduction in price, she said I'm not paying for your vacation. Would I recommend this place, absolutely not, especially the way the owner treated us.
