Three Ways is a rustic family farm where comfort meets country charm. It’s a place to breathe in fresh air, watch the mist roll over the lake in the morning, and reconnect with nature.

Set on several acres, the property includes private access to Lake Eildon (280m frontage), spacious lawns, open paddocks, and plenty of room for kids to roam. When the lake is full, launch your kayak or paddleboard directly from the property. During lower levels, the Bonnie Doon boat ramp is just a five-minute drive away.
