Stayed Aug 10, 2024Our family of eight stayed in this beautiful historic home for a week while we explored Newport, Jamestown Narragansett and Block Island. Centrally located to all of these we were able to explore the Rhode Island area with these. The home was very comfortable spacious and we simply loved it.

Stayed Jun 30, 2023Our stay was amazing. Erin, the owner, was very responsive, within minutes most times. The house is gorgeous with amenities that I haven’t seen in other places we have stayed. The beach isn’t far. URI campus is right there and is gorgeous. I would love to stay here again.

Stayed May 19, 2022This house was the perfect location for us to celebrate our son's graduation from URI. It is a corner lot, right on the edge of the campus. There was plenty of room for us to have his friends over to barbecue and in the evening they enjoyed the fire pit. There was also more than enough room for our family to stay. The downstairs bedroom was great for our one guest who had just had a knee replacement and couldn't do the steps. The property itself is full of history and charm, yet with all the modern conveniences. We went to Newport one day and Mystic another - and this property was perfect, being right in the middle of the two. Erin, the owner, was fantastic to work with. I would stay here again in a minute.
