We had a wonderful family vacation at this Wine Country home and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The setting is truly scenic—peaceful, beautiful, and surrounded by classic wine country views that made it easy to relax the moment we arrived.The house itself is incredibly cozy while still feeling spacious and thoughtfully designed for a family. Every detail was well appointed, from the comfortable furnishings to the fully stocked kitchen. It felt like a welcoming home which made our stay especially enjoyable.We loved spending mornings and evenings soaking in the views, and the location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area while still feeling tucked away and private. This property strikes the ideal balance between comfort, charm, and convenience.We would stay here again and recommend it to families or friend groups looking for a relaxing and memorable Wine Country getaway.

This home is so special to our family. We were engaged here and just celebrated our 10th anniversary with our now family of four, along with other friends. We had the most wonderful experience. It is such a beautiful property. So many different areas to enjoy, as well as being in a good location to head to either Napa or Sonoma.

Superb private location, well stocked kitchen andvery clean bedrooms and bathrooms.

We were in Napa for a friends wedding and the farmhouse was a great place to stay. It was super easy to communicate with Terri through text, very responsive. The pool area is amazing, we spent our whole final day lounging by the pool. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone.

The property was amazing. Everything you need is in the kitchen plus more. We enjoyed dinner on the patio, swimming in the pool and playing bocce ball. There are so many amenities we couldn’t use all of them and see the wine country too. I would recommend getting up in the morning at least by 6:15 so you can see the hot air balloons coming over the property. The house is in a great location to everything you need. I would highly recommend it and would come again.

Second time at this beautiful property—- family loved the pool and the pool table! Lots of great space. The hosts were incredibly responsive to all our requests and questions!

The property was just as advertised. Plenty of room for 10 people. The owner was great at communicating. We didn’t need anything, or have any problems, but she still checked in with us. The pool, bocce, corn hole, swing set and horseshoes kept everyone entertained. Would go back in a heartbeat!

My family and I had a wonderful relaxing stay. The property is gorgeous and peaceful and inside there is lots of room to lounge, prepare meals, and the king beds and en suite with each room was an amazing feature. The location was great, close to center of Sonoma for shopping and restaurants as well wineries and attractions.

House & grounds were so nice- fit our family perfectly- lots of fun amenities- overall great!

We stayed with 10 people varying to spend time together and enjoy wine country. Terri was an amazing host! The place was exactly as described with lots of space to spread out and lots of activities to keep us busy! We had a chef come prepare us dinner one night which was a special treat! It was nice to have two dishwashers for the 10 of us. I would grab this property if it is available for your stay! The new bathrooms are gorgeous!

We had a great time at the house. We had a group of 3 couples so we were able to have king sized beds. We loved the kitchen, the pool table and hot tub. The outdoor kitchen was great for grilling after a long day of wine tasting!

We had a wonderful stay. Loved the pool, the hot tub, the yard. Terri and Meade were very responsive and welcoming. I would highly recommend this house. The location was also perfect

The property did give us the farmhouse experience. The grounds with tall and old oak trees were wonderful. The rows of vines around the property gives you a true wine country feeling without having to step out. The barn and pool areas were the best, we had a very relaxing time there and played games until late night. The host was very helpful and responsive, accommodating all our needs and answering all questions very promptly. She made up for some issues we had with the house itself. Some appliances and bathroom fixtures are very old. The sofa in the living room just sinks down on the sides, not comfortable at all. We had an issue with hot water in one of the bathrooms but was able to fix by pushing down the faucet while turning. One of the bedrooms in the cottage is not well equipped - no dresser, very small side tables and the closet is hard to access and use. The hot tub is at the back of the house which seemed a bit unkept. The play house was not clean so the moms avoided letting their kids plat there. There are many comfortable chairs around the property, but may were not cleaned. Overall, I felt that the house by itself did not stand up to the amount of money we paid. It is a very large property and may be hard to maintain. But I must stress that the host was one of the best... so all in all I recommend this place and we may go back there again.

We can't say enough about this fabulous property and all it offered our entire family (kids, the teens, adults, and even grandma)! The pool and party barn was so unique and loved by all, what a cool space and so perfect that it was away from the main house. The guest cottage bedrooms were plenty big and clean and well maintained and the fact that each bedroom had its own bathroom really makes a difference. The BBQ Island(two grills!)and outdoor space built around it was expansive with so many different areas to explore; Bocce, Rose garden, sipping garden, the play structure and the jacuzzi on the creek was an ideal setting to just chill. The whole property is so well cared for and it shows in the details and amenities provided. Terri and Meade have put a lot of heart and soul and passion into the property and it shows. We will be back for sure, and every member of our crew expressed their gratitude that the family would share this gem with others. This is truly a a home and expanse, filled with heart and soul!

I booked this property for a group of 9 celebrating a close friend's bachelorette party, and it was perfect for a group wanting a relaxing and quiet, yet fun, getaway. The pool area is beautiful and we used that and the hot tub almost every day of our stay. It is also close (about 10 minute drive) from Sonoma Square, Uber/Lyft transportation to and from the property was easy to find, and it was conveniently located for Sonoma winery hopping (we booked a day-long tour through Platypus Wine Tours). Host was friendly and communicative. Highly recommend!

Our family had a great vacation at this property! The host is attentive and accommodating. The grounds have a fun variety of activities especially the pool and barn area. House is well equipped. We are definitely coming back.
