Host Becki is a lovely person and very accommodating. Very comfortable beds. Historically quaint decor. Unique property. Not being very technologically competent, we couldn’t figure out how to operate the tv. But we didn’t stay there to watch tv. Also the Wi-Fi system worked well for our iPhones and iPads on the first day but quit working the next day of our 2 day stay. It wasn’t even listed as available when we tried to reconnect. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again in the future.

Loved the location and the home. Close enough to town, but far enough to be quiet and peaceful. Description of the home and property was very accurate. Host was very communicative and helpful! We loved watching.the deer and even elk in the back area at dusk and dawn. Everything was clean and the heat in the house was great. We appreciated the fresh cookies and banana bread on our arrival, made us feel so welcomed.

The place had 3 fans which was a plus as we like to sleep with a fan. There were fresh baked goods and fresh eggs, you don't get this at any other rental. Had everything you needed with extra if needed.

Cute house. The close proximity to gravel road was actually no big deal--very few cars pass per day and they all seem to go slow! The eggs and baked treats the host left were nice touches. I do wish that the air conditioning amenity had been more clearly noted to be only in one upstairs room and not the entire house.

Charming farmhouse from another time, updated to provide a unique, comfortable stay. Washer/dryer, AC, complete kitchen, and vintage bath/dryer are just the beginning. Unexpected amenities abound, from homemade cookies, farm fresh eggs, and thoughtful products. Sitting on the porch, you can listen to a burbling brook while watching chickens strut and scratch. It's a rural setting with fields and views of mountains. Enjoying the evening, one of our companions had a curious deer approach close enough to touch. This is an unexpected, charmed, experience. Our hostess was most helpful and made our stay a pleasure.

We stayed and the farmhouse for 7 nights and enjoyed it very much. It was low-key and relaxing with beautiful mountain views and sunsets. It was a vary convenient location for art events we were involved in as well as numerous scenic hikes. Becki was very responsive and the treats were a very welcoming touch!

The property was clean & quiet. Nice & cool inside despite the 90 temperature outside. There was a farm stand at the church down the road but it appeared they weren’t open Saturday morning. I hadn’t bought any food the night before and arrived late so thankfully Becki had farm eggs in the kitchen so I was able to poach 2 for dinner! Cold lemonade was waiting in the refrigerator along with ice cubes in the freezer. I had a horse trailer and wasn’t sure where I could turn around and called Becki. She answered and was able to provide instructions which was so helpful! This adorable farm house brought back the nostalgia of my childhood.

The home is just far enough out of town to be delightfully quiet, yet within minutes of Hamilton. Everything is clean, exactly as described with wonderful little extras like fresh baked cookies, banana bread and farm fresh eggs. What a terrific surprise. Everything you could possibly want. Loved the property. Recommend to anyone however please ensure you do not have issues with stairs (we did not) as they are steep. Thank you for a lovely stay. Bonus points for the neighbor's chicken coming over to say hello.

We booked the place for a wedding in Corvallis and ended up taking full advantage of the location for cycling (right out the door of the farmhouse), hiking, and exploring downtown Hamilton. The farmhouse itself is delightful, spacious, quaint, comfortable, cheery, and clean. The host was fantastic and responsive, welcoming us with farm-fresh eggs, freshly baked breads, cookies, and lemonade. We hope to return soon and continue exploring the Bitterroot Valley and the surrounding mountains!

The farmhouse is well provisioned, in an easy location, with the expected character and nuance of a 100 year old home. The added touches of cookies, banana bread and eggs were well received. The home has lots of nice touches that make it truly feel like a home away from home.Becki was so easy to work with and highly responsive. A wonderful experience all around.

This was the perfect stay! We needed a vintage farmhouse to celebrate my daughter's 16th birthday and this did not disappoint. The host left sweet extra goodies, the style was beautiful, this home is very comfortable and in a quite setting. The small details made this stay extra special. Thank you so much to the host! Highly recommended!

I am from New York, my sister from Florida. We stayed here to go to a wedding in Montana. Although my sister has been to Montana several times this place was amazing. It’s the perfect location to get to Missoula and 10 minutes away from the most adorable town of Darby The scenery from the farmhouse is breathtaking. So peaceful and serene!! You automatically go into vacation mode, stepping outside. The farmhouse is very clean & comfy. Everything you need, pots, pans, extra towels, wash & dryer. I highly recommend it and will definitely stay there again on my next trip back to Montana!! Many thanks to our host Becki for welcoming us with homemade treats and farm fresh eggs!

We had a wonderful time in Montana and our stay in the farmhouse was great. The house was very clean and basic necessities were provided. We are very grateful for our host! We had powerful storm that came through and knocked out power. We were provided with water and light without asking! We are very grateful for that! Thank you for being so accommodating.
