RESTORED 1875 FARMHOUSE 1.9 MILES TO DREAMS PARK AND 1.7 MILES TO VILLAGE

We had an amazing stay in Cooperstown, and absolutely loved this sweet house. The charm of the farmhouse paired with all the necessary amenities was just perfection. The boys loved the monopoly table in the front room! The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen had everything that we needed! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!!!

Impressive! The restored farm house was even better than described. It had everything we needed from the well stocked kitchen, to the flat top grill, multiple relaxing spaces, plenty of beds, and the super convenient location to Dreams Park. Caroline was quick to respond to questions and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall great experience!!

We absolutely loved this property!!! It’s centrally located to Cooperstown. We were in town for the induction ceremony & it was so nice to have a house. The historic charm is so cool. The rooms were all really comfortable with plenty of storage so we could unpack. The fans in the upstairs bedrooms were great topics some white noise. Our son loved the backyard & the covered patio is great. Caroline was so responsive & helpful. We will definitely stay here again when we come back! Thank you!!!

Everything was wonderful! Cleanliness and communication are very important to me, I would give it 10 stars on both if I could! Location to Dream Park was perfect, especially when we had a rain delay. We didn't have to sit in our cars and wait for the delay to end, we just came back to the house! Having a grill was a bonus we didn't expect!! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking at the house! Pots and pans appeared to be brand new!!! The only negative was that the shower upstairs didn't get hot enough for a shower. That left us with 6 people sharing the shower downstairs. That was inconvenient when we needed to head out early. Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay!!!

Beautiful house in a perfect location to enjoy downtown Cooperstown, Ostego Lake and Cooperstown Dreams Park. House looks small from road, but beautifully redone inside with lots of space for our family of 4 staying there. Highly recommend for any families needing a nearby place for Cooperstown Dreams Park tournament.

We stayed here Week 1 for Dreams Park. It was perfect! The house was so great. The location was so great. We needed both the heat and the AC during our week and both worked great. The house was spotless and had everything you could need. Definitely recommend!!!

Fast responses, easy check in, the pack and play was set up for our little one, very clean, and lots of little details made it feel like home. On a busy street but easy to turn around and close to downtown. The second floor bedrooms get warm but the fans and an open window made it comfortable. Loved the big dinning table and open living room/kitchen- a great space to spend time with family. We’ll be back.

We had a great stay. The home is large and inviting. Plenty of common area space to hang. Everything was clean. All up to date appliances, etc. The host communicated before and was very flexible.I highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay in this farmhouse in Cooperstown. It was clean, cozy, comfortable and a great set-up for our family of 6 plus a grandpa! It was a rainy weekend, and this house was the perfect place to hang out and play games with the family after spending the days at the Hall of Fame and in town.

We stayed here with my family/parents for my son’s Dreams Park baseball tourney. The house is spacious, clean, newly updated with very nice finishes.The location to Dreams

The house was very well appointed and very clean. We had four adults and our 15yr old grandson staying with us and there was plenty of room. My younger grandson was in a tournament at Dreams Field and the location was perfect, between Dreams Field and Cooperstown.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely, historic farmhouse which had all the modern conveniences of home! Working with Caroline was a pleasure who promptly responded to questions before, during and after our stay. The location to both downtown Cooperstown and Dreams Park plus nearby eateries was very convenient. With the hot days spent at the ballpark, the central a/c was a lifesaver! We are looking forward to future stays in the summers ahead.

Rented this place with friends while our kids played baseball in Cooperstown. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed here with 4 adults and 2 children and it was the perfect spot! The home is well cared for, clean, newly renovated, and has every amenity you could ask for! The home has a beautiful backyard and deck which we enjoyed when it wasn't too hot. The home is very well cared for and the decor is a modern farm house, with of course baseball themes mixed in! The A/C and fans in every room were perfect to come home to after many hot games. The location was perfect for going into town or heading to Dreams Park. The host was wonderful to work with and very attentive to any questions. We would highly recommend this to any friends or family visiting Cooperstown! 10/10!!!

The house was perfect and the location was even better. So conveniently located between Dreams Park and Downtown Cooperstown. The house is very charming inside.
