Stayed Jul 20, 2025Great property, well maintained, good internet and optional cleaning service and kitchen was well equipped. Few minor quibbles! Knives were blunt, blinds and blinds in bedrooms were flimsy.

Stayed Jul 3, 2025We were 2 families along with my parents and had a pleasant stay.The pool and backyard space is amazing and the house is nicely renovated in a farmhouse style. There is a small beach in the community but the larger beach is a just a few min drive away.The town of Greenport is about 15min drive to get to along with a few vineyards on way and several restaurants there.Both the owner and property manager were communicative and responded quickly to any questions.

Stayed Jul 26, 2022Brand new pristine home. Beautiful great room with a gourmet kitchen. Perfectly manicured yard with a gorgeous swimming pool. The temperature in the pool is refreshing, yet not cold. We never had to turn on the pool heater. Each welcoming bedroom has a stunning full bathroom, which adds to the privacy for each person. The neighborhood is very quiet, and we were able to take the ferry right to Orient, which is just minutes to this incredible VRBO. We would highly recommend a visit to this luxurious gem of a home! We’d like to come back!

Stayed Jul 2, 2022House was brand new and beautiful. Owner and property manager quickly responded if anything was needed. Would recommend owner to purchase small vaccum so guests can vaccum up sand from beach (only industrial size one). Overall great stay.
