Thoughtful amenities (biscuits, soaps etc. High quality coffee but low quality black tea!). The room and bathroom were very clean, but the property could do with updating generally. The owners large dogs (friendly) roam around freely which isn’t great if you’re not a dog person. Fine for a night or two.

Two night mid-week break early September room only basis. Stayed in the milking shed room. Pleasantly rustic. Comfortable beds and clean. A few nice touches such as milk and water in the fridge were appreciated. Wooden floors ideal for dogs as was the French door which opens onto the patio. That hosts are very friendly. Good location a couple of minutes outside Bradford which has some nice restaurants but on the main road for easy access to many other places of interest.

We stayed in the milking shed which was turned into 3 single beds. With a microwave, toaster and a fridge it was suitable to make breakfasts and light meals. The attention to detail even during Covid was great with extra pillows, towels, blankets, even sewing kits and drinks and biscuits available. The owners were helpful and lovely going above and beyond. We felt very relaxed.

A lovely stay in the milking shed with my family. A lovely spacious room with all the facilities we needed. Nigel was there on arrival and departure to greet us. It was lovely to see the animals and our little girl fell in love with the 2 dogs.
