The luxury suite features reclaimed wood from a 150 year old silo. Reclaimed beams adorn the ceiling. The shower features rainfall, waterfall and massage jets. There is a four post king size reclaimed wood bed with an amazing second floor view of the entire circular lavender field. There is also an open kitchen/living room area with a view of 4,000+ lavender plants. You will be surrounded by custom-picked imported Italian granite selections. The sinks in the suite feature amethyst geodes.
The space
The adult-oriented, luxuriously rustic Farm Suite is in a private building that sits above our gorgeous lavender field on 14 acres in a bucolic coastal setting. The farm is home to an endangered Bactrian Camel, 2 Arabian camels, 6 alpacas, 3 llamas, many chickens, ducks, guinea hens, 4 geese and 4 white peacocks. There are over 4,000 lavender plants from 10 varieties on the farm. The gazebo at the center of the lavender field is available for your leisurely use. The bedroom has a reclaimed wood four post beam king size bed with a luxury Beautyrest Black mattress and plush premium pillows. It is accompanied by reclaimed wood nightstands and armoires. The living room has a queen size futon available for an additional two guests. The walls are lined with 150 year old reclaimed wood from a silo in PA. There is natural stone tile throughout the entire suite. To maintain cleanliness, there is no carpet. The bathroom sinks are amethyst geode sinks from Estonia. The bathroom features a shower head that has a rainfall and waterfall option. And there are 6 massage jets in the open style shower. The shower wall showcases beautiful stacked stonework and reclaimed wood. The coffee table in the living room is made from an 80 year old slab of wood that was repurposed along with an antique wheelbarrow which holds up the beautiful table that was finished with a layer of lacquer. The granite in the kitchen is a gorgeous Italian imported selection of white with flecks of black and hints of purple. It is stunning! Luxury dinnerware is included for your use. Plates are genuine bone china and henckels silverware are in the suite. A variety of beautiful drink ware are available including champagne glasses, custom etched wine glasses, beer glasses, and cocktail glasses. There are three beautiful reclaimed wood interior barn doors that provide a wonderful sense of rustic luxury.
The lavender blooms late June through September so peak prices will be in effect for those months. Peak bloom is late June through the beginning of August. This is when the field can be viewed with peak color and maximum amount of lavender. Then a second lighter bloom comes August through September.
Guest access
Guests have access to the lavender field and gazebo as well as all the animals on the farm. However, you may not use any part of the suite or property for events, weddings, parties, photography/videography or any other commercial purpose. They are not included with a Farm Suite stay.
Pets are NOT allowed inside the suite. I get lots of questions about this and the answer is simple...I would not be able to maintain a 5 Star luxurious experience if guests started bringing pets. Everything is very expensive in the suite! If you need your fill of a canine, you can enjoy the friendly company of my Great Dane, Minnie. Otherwise, there are many other animals on the property that you can enjoy during your stay. The animals, however, are for viewing only. You may not enter the animal enclosures.
There is a two person outdoor table that you can use. There are also two rocking chairs by the large fire pit that are for your enjoyment.
Other things to note
PERSONAL GOURMET LAVENDER INSPIRED DINNER available for add-on experience. Please see my website for more info including the menu.
Daily cleaning is available for an extra charge of $75/day. Please let me know if you would like this. Otherwise all towels, sheets and comforter are washed between all reservations.
The suite is on the second floor and only accessible by outdoor staircase.
The suite is not meant for parties. Please do NOT book the suite if you're intention is to have more than 4 people. Special arrangements can be made if you contact me with your intentions.
The farm is private but there may be events (mostly during the summer) held at anytime during your stay. Most events will consist of Pick Your Own Lavender on weekends during bloom. Events will always be time limited and capacity limited. Please inquire ahead of your reservation if this poses any problems for you. Despite any events, however, the suite will obviously remain private and inaccessible to any guests attending an event.
It is a working farm with animals. So you may hear a variety of early morning noises including roosters, guinea hens, peacocks and machinery like a tractor.

This by far is the best property we have stayed at. Peaceful, Calm and luxurious. Check in was so easy. Henry the host just e-mailed the access code the day of arrival. Kitchen was fully stocked with glassware, pots & pans , dishes and silverware. There is an icemaker in the freezer. Also a utility room with a washer & dryer, laundry detergent and vacuum . We even got to see a wedding on the property! Henry the host was always available to answer any questions.

What a unique location! Henry has done an amazing job of creating this wonderful habitat for lavender to grow, but also has livestock! We were constantly watching nature at work and taking in the beautiful sounds all around us. And Lauren the chef, who we hired for hubby’s bday dinner, was lovely, fun, and cooked an amazing 3 course meal with lavender. We had a terrific, relaxing time and look forward to visiting again soon. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

We picked this place because it was unusual and close to our favorite beach. Far exceeded our expectations and really didn’t even want to leave long enough to go to beach. Can’t wait to go back

Property is immaculate. Beautiful furnishings. Looking out the windows to see camels, llamas and peacocks was truly amazing, and the gorgeous lavender farm. We loved every minute of our stay!
