First, the people, what a great experience to be looked after by people who genuinely understood customer service. The food was excellent, served well, hot and cleared without fuss, allowing us to enjoy the conversation at the Awards Evening Event. As a footnote the wine, sparkling and still, served from the estate was excellent and I note you won a Taste of the West award in 2025, as a director of the new TOTWCIC we would love Aldwick Estate to join the new CIC and enter the awards again.

We were attending a wedding, so this stay was purely about convenience. We had Dibble which was quite small, extremely hot and we could not get the heating to turn off so had to sleep with windows wide open and fan on - we didn't think it was fair to call anyone out at midnight when we got to our room to deal with this. The shower tiles were showing signs of wear and tear with quite a bit of black mould. Whilst we knew what to expect for breakfast, we did not expect stale pastries!

Lovely situation with great views. Accommodation was located closely to the function rooms. Rooms were clean and tidy. Staff helpful but some of the junior members were inexperienced.

We loved the accommodation.A friendly member of the staff went out of her way to book us in at the local restaurant,which had the most amazing views and nice food. We had a lovely walk around the nearby lake and enjoyed a sundowner on the little patio in front of our room.

Our room was so comfortable, clean and attractive and with a very good en-suite. We valued having the breakfast items in the room. Parking is easy, the location is quiet - what’s not to like.

The room was beautifully decorated and had everything I needed to be comfortable. One thing to improve the room would make it more blackout as I was woken at 5 with how bright the room was and couldn’t get back to sleep. Also a cooked breakfast would be a nice touch, especially after a night of partying.

We visited for our daughter’s wedding and couldn’t have picked a more idyllic venue. The food, the staff were excellent, also the wine was 100%.

Very convenient for meeting family flying in to Bristol airport. A very relaxing location.

The food was amazing and the staff were very attentive. I had a really nice time and would be delighted to visit there again for future family celebrations.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful The picnic was amazing The only thing that would have been helpful was a couple of teaspoons for tea/coffee and yogurt at breakfast

The venue is stunning and it was a lovely day enjoying our friend's wedding. Food was brilliant and tasted amazing too :) The only issue that you really need to look into is making the main area air conditioned and also the small guest rooms near the car park should also be air conditioned too as they were unbearable to stay in overnight. Yes our day was a hot day but you will get that many times a year and people will pass out or it will cause for a lower enjoyment of the day overall

The overall seamless flow of a wonderful wedding day . Minor hiccup of delayed wedding breakfast service ( &sweetcorn cob grilled could be better) but did not detract from the wonderful day

everyone made very welcome. lovely venue fantastic really fantastic food. ive been to the ivy and this was much better. imaginative food desserts a real treat imaginative and delicious. breakfast was healthy warmimg delicious

The room was stylishly furnished and very comfortable. Fantastic shower. A great sleep after an amazing wedding. I highly recommend.

Nice to have accommodation on site, lovely place to stay, we both really enjoyed it.

In a lovely setting, wonderful views. Enjoyed vineyard tour & tasting, picnic basket was excellent & we sat in a gazebo to enjoy along with the lovely views. Room had everything we needed, it was clean & well presented.

The accommodation and venue and surrounding area was spot on.

Lovely, cosy room. Spotlessly clean, all well appointed. Fluffy, soft towels and products provided in bathroom. Breakfast was great for us and was fresh and tasty. Would highly recommend.

The room was compact but everything was luxurious, lovely toiletries, big fluffy towels and plenty of them, good selection of drinks and biscuits and breakfast to go was really good. Liked the non faffing check in It would of been nice if the bar was open for people staying and maybe bar snacks available, however I know it’s limited accommodation and the amount of people probably wouldn’t justify this However the lady in the bar was lovely and the man on the tour knowledgeable and friendly

We were able to leave our car here for the week we were away, and then spend the night when our (very late) flight got in before driving back home to Cornwall. The staff were very helpful when booking. The room was perfect for what we needed, and we will undoubtably do the same again if we have another late flight in. I imagine that the available rooms are also useful if you are staying over for an event in their lovely grounds.

Perfect for us as we were attending a wedding in the estate.

Peaceful and beautiful surroundings. Comfortable and well equipped room, although blinds didn’t keep any light out. Exceptionally clean, and breakfast provided was a bonus.

Lovely room and breakfast items supplied was ample. Amazing relaxing location but was unable to sleep once the sun rose due to insufficient window blinds that let the light in. Would recommend to friends if this issue was rectified. No contact with staff but this wasn't an issue as check in and check out was simple. The room had everything you need for your stay.

The room was excellent. We had and outside table and chairs which were great for eating our hamper. Also access to the beautiful gardens where I sat and read.
