Classic Farmhouse. Sleeps 6. One mile from 7 Springs Ski Resort!

The property manager is very accommodating. Great location.

After having spent nearly every vacation squeezing my family of four into a hotel room, having an entire farmhouse to ourselves was great. Our kids each had their own room and queen bed, and my wife and I of course had a room of our own with a queen bed. All appliances were modern worked and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and tools. It's an older house but it has charm. Two of the bedrooms had a/c (one wall unit and one floor unit). There's a single bathroom, on the second floor. The owner came to meet us on our first day just to say hello and to make himself available if we needed him (we didn't). Location is great for 7 Springs. It might even be less than a mile away. Our only complaints surround the rear entry via the mud room. The door locked but didn't latch (making locking it kind of pointless) and the room had a funny smell. Once through that room and into the kitchen, there was no smell at all, and the house was very clean. We weren't particularly concerned about either issue so did not bring them up with the owner, who lives next door. I would stay here again!

Very nice the home had everything we could have needed

I want to thank Sam Krause and the Hostetler family for being great hosts on my vacation. My friends and I were in their farmhouse for nine days, and we thoroughly enjoyed the house and all of its amenities. We especially liked that it was only about a mile to the main entrance of Seven Springs resort, which made it extremely convenient to return to the farmhouse for a meal or rest in between events at Seven Springs. We fully intend to return next year.

It looks like a classic farmhouse but it’s a perfect place for a small group who need a place to stay. Current conveniences, very clean and well stocked amenities. We only used the kitchen for breakfast but you could easily use it for lunch and dinner and the property is nice that you could enjoy outdoor dining. Would readily return in the future

This is a great location to be close to 7 Springs, Hidden Valley, the State parks, and more. The house is furnished nicely and should have everything you need. We enjoyed our stay, and the host is great and very attentive. It's a neat, well-cared-for and decorated old farmhouse in a great location. We were here in July and enjoyed the deer, turkeys, and fireflies that call the area home. We'll stay again when we're back in the country.

Rustic farmhouse in good location (5 min to Seven Springs resort), comfortable beds, warm shower, heating works, ... all good.

Loved it!

This was easy to find and checking/checkout was seamless. We visited the flight 93 memorial for the first time. That was our highlight. Only stayed 2nigjts but it was nice and comfortable. We got to meet our host, she was a pleasure and very responsive to an air conditioner issue.

Just as stated, cute farmhouse, clean and well maintained. New grill outside, ready to use. Although we didn’t use the grill, it was nice to have available. Very hot weather for Pennsylvania, and bedroom air conditioner, kept up. Would stay again, and recommend.

Loved the authenticity and warmth of this farmhouse. Saw deer in the field, hiked to the barn. Lots of wildlife and nature. Clean and welcoming. Excellent communication with hosts! Highly recommend. Will stay here again.
