Stayed Dec 20, 2025The house was nicely decorated for Christmas which was a nice extra benefit.We tried multiple times to connect with host to get the wifi working which affected tv also. I tried to connect on my lap top and sent them my phone number but I only received a response that since we weren't home when they came by and I was told since I neglected to leave the key in the lock box when I went out even though nowhere in any instructions did it say to do that I had a message that said basically too bad and never responded to my request later. So no internet for a week.We also asked them about the fact the gas fireplace was not working anymore and it was quite cold in the house could they look at that as well. Never did anything. Fortunately it did get warmer in Franklin so the last few days were okay.
