Beachstudio 20, een onlangs volledig gerenoveerd zomerhuis, ligt direct naast het huis van de eigenaar. Het ligt in een rustige woonwijk in het zuidelijke deel van Zandvoort, op minder dan 5 minuten lopen van zowel het strand als het dorpscentrum.
De strandstudio is volledig zelfvoorzienend voor 2 personen met een aparte badkamer en een zonnig terras om buiten te zitten.

The place is cozy, super clean and just a few blocks from tons of restaurants, shops and the beach. The place is exactly as described. John and Lien are amazing people. They are very helpful and went above and beyond in helping us. Thank you sooo much. It was an amazing stay!

Stayed Mar 16, 2023John & Lein were amazing hosts. Their accommodation is a standout here. It's clean, well appointed, and includes many thoughtful touches. It has all you need and is close to the beach, shops, restaurants. The hosts shared their knowledge of the area and even helped me get tickets to a nearby park where I enjoyed many hikes and saw a lot of wildlife. Snag this rental if you can.

Stayed Dec 30, 2019John & Lien were amazing (& multilingual) hosts!! We stayed over the New Year's holiday and they gave us tons of recommendations and we even braved the cold & attended the big NYD dive at the beach as recommended by them! I highly recommend this studio fit for a couple / solo travelers looking to enjoy both the beach in Holland as well as sightseeing in Amsterdam! Prime location, slightly less touristy than most places we visited by the beach with far less people/ crowds than the city. Offering an awesome atmosphere with lots of things to do and places to dine in have a beer by the beach even in winter. The beach is like 5 min walk away from the studio!!! John & Lien are so welcoming and knowledgeable about the community, They were also great conversationalist when it came to travel throughout the world! We felt that they went above and beyond our expectations in making our stay a very pleasant accommodating and memorable experience! We would definitely stay here if we ever come back to Holland!!!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The Beach Cottage is perfect for a romantic stay, surrounded by the nature of the sandy dunes. The property is near to everything, no car needed! City center, train station and beach are walking distance. The spaces are very well organized, the kitchen well equipped, the double bed is bigger than it seems and the bathroom is large. We had a wonderful stay and we have been happy to meet John and Lien that have been very kind and always available. We will come back for sure!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We joked about staying in a converted garage ,but after arriving could see a lot of work and thought had gone into the beech hut has more mod cons than most hotels our hosts were great offering advice about zandvoort next time we visit Holland we know where to stay
