Stayed Jul 5, 2025We loved our stay at this hidden gem with a 3 minute walk to the beach. Perfect for our extended family and friends visiting from all points of NE. Thanks for having us and making our week a memorable one - especially for our grandson's 1st overnight family beach adventure! He especially loved the outdoor shower and enclosed backyard. Stayed Aug 17, 2024Very clean, more spacious than the images suggest, very comfortable and quiet surroundings, very well furnished and equipped. Great location, very short walk to the best section of the family-oriented portion of Long Sands. Ralph and Susan have a 10-star gem here; we loved it! (our 4th year here)!! Stayed Aug 3, 2024Very short walk to the beach. The cottage is well equipped with range, fridge, high end washer and dryer and good WIFI connection. The TV room is super with kids. The deck with table and the outdoor shower are great. For a family of 6, the flatware and dinnerware was minimal. Bedding and furniture are clean even if very used. Overall , we had a great week in York.

Stayed Jun 29, 2024We enjoyed our stay in York.. The house is im a great location. It is very close to the beach (walkable) and in a quiet neighborhood. The place has a very nice yard and deck. There is plenty of space inside and it is well equipped. We hope to return!
