Stayed Sep 4, 2021Perfect little spot across from the beach. Makes a short trip to Long Sands so easy and fun. Property is cozy but exceptionally clean and has everything you need. Hosts are friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend this property!

Perfect location to the beach and restaurants, honestly we couldn’t have asked for more.Thank you David and Lisa for being so welcoming…. Stayed Jun 22, 2025My son and I had a little “mom and me” couple of days away and this was the perfect spot!Just large enough for us, but could definitely the rest of our family of four being comfortable here, too.I’ve been coming to York beach for almost 40 years and this is the best location I’ve had - I was thrilled to see how close to the bath house it was!The yard was just big enough to eat outdoors The owners were so friendly

Stayed Jun 24, 2025Cute cozy and functional, had everything we needed and more! Straight extremely short walk to beach stairs which thrilled our girls. Everything we needed was in the cottage from a pair of scissors to full ice trays. Got to meet Lisa and she was wonderful. We had a fantastic stay and didn’t need a thing while we were there, but I’m sure the host would have taken care of it. Thank you so much and we look forward to hopefully coming again!

Stayed Sep 12, 2024The cottage is clean and cute. The location is terrific - 1 short block walk to a wonderful beach. The hosts were helpful with information about the area. The kitchen had everything needed for a short stay with minimal cooking. Good water pressure and shower. We enjoyed our early September stay.

Stayed Jun 23, 2024The owners were extremely nice and very willing to help with anything we need. The place was extremely clean and neat. The grounds were nice and we had room to be outside. The location is a great place for convenience to the ocean. I would definitely come back. The only thing that was a little uncomfortable were the beds. But the owners make you feel at home the whole time. I absolutely loved this rental.
