Best Tree House I've ever seen! Recent Guest

Let the kid in you come to play in this real treehouse held up by four trees, 18 feet off the ground. Zip line down or take a giant soaking tub. A magical stroll through the woods leads to the suspension bridge. You won't believe you're only minutes from town. Wear appropriate shoes as it is a short 2-minute hike to the tree house. At times, it can get a little slick.

Thespace
Three trees grow right through the deck and can be seen from all the inside windows. The deck is huge, with its own dining table. The solitude and views are wonderful. The kitchen is designed with all retro appliances. The fireplace lights up the dining room table and heats the space. All the walls are pine, and the indoor shower and full bathroom is made of artistic tile. The stairs are a brilliant space-saving design. Easier than any ladder or stairs I've ever seen in most tiny homes. Upstairs is a super comfy queen bed, a large Hammock, and a couch/work space that turns into a double bed. You can watch movies suspended in the air on the hammock, looking down at the dining area. It's so comfy you might even prefer it to the high-tech mattress. There are three skylights looking straight up at the massive trees and three upstairs windows. There's air conditioning and wildlife, from owls and eagles to rabbits, coyotes, chipmunks, and deer. And you won't believe you are a ten-minute drive to all Portland has to offer, from the rose garden, council crest, hiking, and amazing food in trendy northwest like bamboo sushi, salt and straw, and voodoo donuts.

Guest access
You will have access to the Tree House, the giant deck, the Soaking tub, AND the secluded Picnic area. And two parking spaces that lead to the 3-minute walk/trail. Please do not leave these areas, though. And make sure, if you bring a pet, they must be on a leash. Although it does not seem like it, there are neighbors nearby.

Perfect little tree house. Kitchen had what we needed to prepare some snacks. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Stairs getting up to the loft took a little getting used it. Zip line was a nice touch. Kept the kids busy for a bit. Walk from the car to the tree house wasn’t too bad. We didn’t use the soaking tub but I took a peak and it was clean. Tree house is very close to food and shopping. Would recommend and stay here again.

Very unique design…host was responsive we had trouble with the tv host sent someone to assist. Overall I was disappointed in the experience. I would say that elderly people or anyone with any mobility issues should stay well clear of this rental. The “short “ walk into the treehouse was a challenge with luggage. There was no comfortable seating down stairs. The bed was upstairs and the bathroom down stairs which was a bit challenging for me. We loved the skylight above the bed but the skylights were filthy and an otherwise beautiful view of trees and stars was spoiled. The posting indicated a full bathroom and a half bath…I was unable to locate the half bath.

Our stay in the treehouse was awesome! The kids loved the zip line and the suspended net to watch movies was another favorite part of our stay! The place was clean and had all the things we needed for our stay!

We had such a great time in this cute little treehouse. It was very clean, had everything we needed, and the owner Barry was very attentive and helpful with any questions that we had. This is definitely a place to stay if you’re more on the agile side but I enjoyed feeling like I was in the middle of the woods sitting on the porch. Very private and quiet as well. Beautiful neighborhood. I would recommend this to an active couple or small family!

Adorable and comfortable place to stay! It was close to all the activities of Portland but the feel of being remote in the woods. Zip line and hammock were fantastic.

It was a charming stay. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and actually didn’t mind the neighborhood location at all. However, wish we knew of the trail to get to the treehouse. With a bad knee, coming home in the evening was difficult even with the lighting. Overall well worth it, it and would come back.

I was surprised by the location being close to the highway and a residential area. That said, you can't tell! Once you trek their little path you are in your own little oasis. It's a lovely place to stay. I was able to get a quick response to any questions I had from the host. The video they have is a super helpful resource as well. The Zipline was the star of the show for our stay!

Staycation date night with partner. Definitely not “roughing it” with this treehouse experience! It’s a fully equipped, fully comfortable tiny home in the trees! I agree with other reviewers that 2 adults max would keep the experience most comfortable. But I could see 2 adults plus 4 kids having a blast here. Enjoying the spa tub might require a bit of an adventurous spirit :). Following the directions we couldn’t quite get a full tub of hot/warm water, but it was enough to slink down and get most of our bodies in the water.. It was raining heavily, which we loved, and about 50 degrees outside.. afterwards we were happy to retreat inside to this beautifully warm space, turn on the wall heaters and get cozy!! Easy to get cozy here. We recommend bringing robes as we did. We tossed the mattress onto the hammock (found folded under main bed) and spent most of our evening there, going thru the conversation cards we found on the fridge. We slept amazing on the full size bed in the loft, listening to the rain tap on the skylights. Might want to bring an eye mask if you plan to sleep in :). We’re amazed at the craftsmanship, the dimmable lighting, ample outlets and kitchen amenities. The place was clean and ready for us and the host answered questions in a timely manner. Great spot!!! We’ll be returning for sure, and bringing our kids.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy and comfortable Vrbo! The place was well-maintained, inviting, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The owner was incredibly accommodating, friendly, and easy to communicate with, which made the experience even better. It truly felt like a home away from home. We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone and would love to stay here again in the future!

We stayed at your tree house on Saturday, we arrived around 6:30pm, it was dark and rainy. The board trail felt unsafe due to rain, thankfully nobody slipped. When we arrived, I noticed bedding (sheets, pillowcases and quilt) on the floor by the washer. The bed was not made, it had no bedding. The bedding on the floor was obviously from the prior reservation, the bedding was dirty, the towels in the bathroom were dirty, they had not been changed either. The vanity sink was also dirty, it was obvious that this place had not been cleaned or prepared. The kitchen had a bag of opened bagels on the counter. This was very disappointing and inconvenient. We had a concert to go to, so I did not have much time to message you. I had called your assistant earlier because we needed help finding the place. Your assistant had a broken car on the side of the road so he would not be able to help. This tree house is cute but it does not sleep 6 like it says on your listing, this is very misleading, this place is very tiny and it’s good for a couple (2-3 people max), our stay was very uncomfortable due to the whole bedding situation, I had one blanket and pillow that I had brought from home and that is what we used, this was a horrible experience and definitely not what we expected for what we paid.

It was really nice. Very unique and exactly as described. My daughter was visiting from the east coast and she enjoyed sleeping in the hammock up in the trees. My son lives nearby and we all had a lovely time hanging out in a perfect treehouse!! Considering booking in the spring for my daughter and son in law when they visit.
