On the second floor there is a double with Smart TV anden-suite shower. On the ground floor there is an open plan living space with kitchen, dining and living space with woodburning stove, while in the basement there is a cinema room. Plenty of roadside parking (no permit required, immediately outside & on surrounding streets). EV Charging points available 90 yards away in Broad Street Car Park & Booths Supermarket in Windermere.
