Wine Country 2 bedroom Cottage (with Optional 1 bedroom Guest House)

Clean and cozy little cottages in a safe, quiet neighborhood. We rented both for 5 family members over 3 days. Close to restaurants and Sonoma Plaza. Next time we will explore the hiking. Hosts were easy to contact prior. Amenities were basic yet sufficient. If you rent the smaller cottage, it has a tiny shower definitely not for the big guys in your group.

Close to town, accommodations were more than suitable.

As soon as we parked, I was delighted. The house is comfortable, the outside area is charming, the location can’t be beat, the hosts are great and there wasn’t anything else we needed for our three night stay. I would love to return.

Lovely Location great cottage. Host responded right away with any quetstions. I did find the couches and rugs in bedroom a little stained and worn. The pictures online for those 2 things were not up to date. (Bedroom Linens are different in pics on VRBO than felt much older than what pictures represent

This was a perfect place to stay very clean, quiet, and close to everything. We highly recommend it to anyone who will be traveling to Sonoma

Great spot in Sonoma, easy to get to the vineyards and area attractions. Host was extremely responsive to any questions or concerns. Onsite laundry was lovely to have! Overall great stay.

The house was lovely! The neighborhood is relatively quiet and nice to walk around. Easy to get into Sonoma and many options for food nearby. We had a minor mishap with checking in which resulted in us having to stay in a hotel our first night rather than the house. However, Theresa was helpful in resolving the issue as quickly as possible. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We stayed in the home and the detached cottage with our adult children. Everything was very clean and the courtyard was so beautiful and relaxing. We loved sitting under the pergola and sipping wine, surrounded by beautiful plants and flowers. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient.

Beautiful house and well-appointed! Photos and description were accurate with the exception of the outdoor space. It looks much more lush in the photos. However, it was a good location for what we wanted to do in Sonoma!The neighborhood was very active... blue-collar laborers with lots of cars and trucks driving by, music playing, etc. It didn't detract from our stay, but wasn't what I had envisioned.

Very comfortable cottage (and super clean). Beds were comfortable and kitchen nicely stocked. We enjoyed sitting out by the fire pit in the evenings.

This was the perfect property for our friends trip to Sonoma and San Francisco. We utilized both the main house and the small additional home off the garage, and enjoyed the space so much. There is ample space inside the property and the outside space is lovely, definitely plan for a night around the fire with some wine. The property area is quiet and close to downtown Sonoma. I would highly recommend this property to anyone, and hope we can one day return for another stay.

Nice outside area with covered firepit with 4 rocking chairs. We did not spend much time inside other than sleep due to scheduling. Close to downtown Sonoma restaurants and wineries. Very quiet neighborhoodWe enjoyed our stsy

Found home that look like it would work perfectly for us. Communication with owner was great up to a few days before check in. When we arrived we never received check in code. Owner was unreachable. Had to get VRBO involved. They offered a hotel for the night till they or we could get intouch with the owner. After we paid and checked in. Three hours later. The owner finally got back with the code and apologized and refunded first night and vrbo credited us hotel room. Very big inconvenience. It was rectified. House was nice. Location was good. Carpets in bedrooms could be replaced. Bath towels needed to be rotated sooner had a musty smell. That's why did not give 5*

This cute little house with guesthouse was perfect for a weekend away with the girls. It was comfortable, cozy with luxurious bathrooms. The yard was lovely although we didn't get to use the fire pit area due to rain. Very nicely furnished and the kitchen had everything we needed. Really good location to wander in Sonoma. The owners were very responsive to our requests and emails. We would stay there again.

The house was easy to find and within short driving distance to Sonoma square and restaurants. The host was extremely responsive. We enjoyed our stay.

My family has stayed here over several Christmas holidays and it is a lovely spot. Clean, comfortable, well stocked, easy to get to and fro. The only think that would make the stay better is if we could stay longer.

We had a great girls trip to Sonoma, and the cottage was very nice. We would definitely stay at this property again. It would be a decent walk to Sonoma Plaza area but it is an easy drive or Uber.

Beautiful cottage with lots of privacy even though it is in a residential area. Close to everything we wanted to do. Lots of wineries, Sonoma Plaza only a few miles away, Armstrong Redwoods and Bodega Bay less than an hour away. Thank you for sharing your sweet cottage with us!

What a cute cozy super clean cottage to use as our home base. The beds were fantastic. The weather kept us from fully utilizing the fantastic outdoor space but the comfortable inside space was great. Bathroom was large and clean. We had a super stay. Thank you so much

The house is lovely - the courtyard is even better; if possible. Everything was so cozy and inviting. The beds were comfortable and that bathroom is perfect! Mike and Theresa were wonderful to work with and I can promise we will be staying there again when we come back to Wine Country.

We were pleasantly surprised by this property. Very reasonable rates, location was great (2miles from the square so short Uber for us), and the house was cute, comfortable and very clean. You can tell the owners are meticulous and take great pride in their property. In return we were very respectful and took great care during our stay. It was perfect for 3 couples celebrating a 60th birthday. Would stay here again.

We were there to wine tour. Was close to everything in Sonoma

The regulator on the fire table was broken and it’s dangerous. The barbeque propane lasted for five minutes and then was empty. We used the propane from the fire table for the barbecue. Not happy about those two issues.
