Amazing location, away from traffic at the junction of two canals, with the pond at the rear it felt like being on an island. Cottage is very well equipped, we had absolutely everything we needed. It’s comfortable and warm. We stayed with our dog, there are numerous walks from the cottage and many good eateries, we particularly liked the Friendly in at Frankton. The owners were unobtrusive but very helpful if needed. We will return.

Perfectly located by the Grand union canal at the end of a track. Chicken and ducks checking on you every so often. A log fire to keep you warm and cosy. Very clean. Went along the muddy path from the cottage to the locks ( it was December after all must be great in the summer). Quite a few canal boats marinas dotted around. The local village shop at Napton on the Hill is worth your custom. The cottage is to be recommended
